07/7/2009 12:52 | Thanks; massive discount to NAV, 100p, but then a fair bit higher than current s/p! Would be an interesting Note to read. Debt not an issue, so market taking a very harsh view on either the veracity of the NAV, or the chances of it ever being realised. Happy to run what I've got but not been adding; might do if it goes back through lows though. | spectoacc
07/7/2009 11:59 | For what its worth, Panmure has issued a buy recommendation with a target price of 100p. | rikreschem
10/6/2009 07:42 | Can't find much to fault in that RNS. | spectoacc
09/6/2009 09:26 | Looks like they're away; some big trades at 44p. RNS is due tomorrow. | spectoacc
08/6/2009 16:11 | Going well after a dip; update this week. | spectoacc
18/5/2009 18:55 | tipped as a buy by last thursday's shares mag as well. | ammons
15/5/2009 17:46 | NAV down to around 200p due to the effect of a put option, of some sort.. Tipped or at least covered today in the I-C. So many of their 'properties' are the sort of scrubland with a gate or a sign you see all around much of Greece. Probably worth investing at 6p? | hectorp
16/4/2009 06:43 | Same here grossly undervalued, no debt NAV £2.50+ | campomar2
14/4/2009 09:12 | Discount to NA looks like turning IMO now.....have tucked a few away on a year view... | qs9
25/3/2009 08:23 | director milton K is buying yet again. this time indirectly through silver capital holdings which he has a 37.5% shareholding interest. he bought extensively (millions) last summer | cyoung33
18/3/2009 11:58 | why director are not buying at this low price? | cascudi
17/3/2009 14:06 | Buy yourself a holiday villa in Cyprus for half price. Buy DCI shares and swap. Wonder if I can persuade the wife !!! | jambo172

16/12/2008 12:22 | Cascudi - yes, there's been some discussion of your point here in recent posts. My concern is that the assets aren't producing any income, and therefore that valuation isn't transparent. When you're the only sizeable player in the field, it's not easy to convince! That said, the FT link in post #74 suggests moves are afoot. | jonwig
15/12/2008 22:04 | considering 1=0.89£ working capital per share = 94p net asset value per share = 310p cash equivalent per share = 49p it seems undervalue share. do you agree? | cascudi
14/12/2008 07:50 | RJ - thanks for both of those. I missed the FT article at the time, for some reason. Of course, the DCI 'story' can be replicated across hundreds of stocks at the moment, and the source isn't exactly impartial! | jonwig
13/12/2008 23:11 | Article by Wise Monkey David Stevenson - I also know another wise monkey has become a shareholder in the last week also. | roughjustice
08/11/2008 17:08 | thanks for the link jonwig | bisiboy
24/10/2008 12:34 | Another buyer in the market, Silver Capital holdings, up from 24,390,000 to 26,872,000 (5.43%). US-based Real estate investors. Not, by the looks of it, a hedge fund: despite these, about 5m shares sold today, no buyers. | jonwig
24/10/2008 07:44 | Strange that BlackRock seem to be buying now. Can't they make up their mind, or is it clients' money? From 69,193,644 to 69,418,754 (14.03%). | jonwig
22/10/2008 14:39 | queeny - quite so, but everything has a price and at some point even this one has value. The Black Rock sales will probably ensure that the share price doesn't move up by much soon. | jonwig
22/10/2008 14:36 | blackrock still selling i hear | queeny2
22/10/2008 14:35 | Hubris is a Greek word, and this looks like it to me. Sorry for not posting before I would have been extremely bearish, just discovered thread. Company and valuations suspicious. Underlying market (demand) awful. Development financing - unavailable. Founder share buying - hubris. Share buybacks - to support price to support founder collateral. Buybacks - waste of precious cash. Asset values? In the eye of the beholder. Prices paid? Inflated. all imho, dyor, not very useful i know given share price, I kept trying to short but couldn't get any borrow. No idea what to do here now. | queeny2 |
