Fillepe, unfortunately come out of AEN as was running 3 or 4 very healthy positions from a respectable entry point. was eager to jump on the recent run from 24.5 ask but was a tad slow when askin 26p on next look so gave up. the fundamentals are healthy there, so a couple of months down the line 50+ is not out of the question. As for DCI, has to be a no brainer.

Her main concerns are how the marble for the villas will look ! LOL

Four of the "30" residences have already been sold !

Priced from 3million euro for a 2 bed apartment - to 6 million euro for four bedroom homes.... and the 1,000 euro a night 7 star hotel will open next year.

Last phases will include PRIME beachfront residences costing about 20MILLION euro !

The Aman at Porto Heli is on the east coast of the Peloponnese, near the town of Porto Heli, whose neighborhood in the last 30 years were built with luxurious private villas.

The project is the company Dolphin Capital Investors, which owns more than 60 residential projects in Cyprus, as well as 13 major projects in Greece, Croatia, Turkey, Dominican Republic, Panama.

The resort is coming down to the sea on the slopes of the hill, will have its own beach in a quiet bay, a spa, gym and a yoga pavilion, tennis courts, conference room, its own library and art gallery, as well as bars and restaurants.

Hotel with 38 pavilions will be built in the first place, by 2012 there will be near the villa: the work on their layout and construction of being an individual basis. The houses will be handed over to owners in two years after the signing of contracts, and because several sites have already been sold, the first villas will be completed simultaneously with the hotel.

The area of land for each residence - 4000 or 10 000 square meters. From each villa will offer a unique view - the sea or the olive grove, a panoramic view of the neighborhood. . Prices from 3 million to 20 million euros can count on the highest level of construction, finishing, equipment of each house.

"There are lots of opportunities in companies that listed on Aim from 2005-07," says James Burns, investment director at Smith & Williamson. "They are unloved and forgotten and a great opportunity for a bargain."

He cites Alpha Tiger Property Trust, whose shares are on a 39 per cent discount, as an example. The company had a number of holdings in Indian property during the boom, causing its share price to hit 25p at the bottom of the market. Yet, Burns points out that its net asset value (NAV) has never been below 100p since 2008. The company has 40 per cent cash on its balance sheet, has withdrawn from some Indian projects and is looking to reinvest elsewhere.

Another company he is watching is Dolphin Capital, which invests in resort developments in Greece, Cyprus and elsewhere along the Mediterranean coast. The shares are trading at a 65 per cent discount and Burns admits it is a high-risk venture due to its location. But many of the board members are also large shareholders, which Burns believes gives them an incentive to improve performance.

Good morning guys.

Somewhere you'll see my very modest 5500 shrs buy, just now, and happy to be back. Bottom drawer lockaway for the wife's account for these DCI's.

For interest I was looking for a staight 6000 from Barcs but this would have ment an At Best or Limit order, but they would on-line offer a rather odd amount of 5500. My guess is that's it's very little traded and their auto system has it a bit swtched off.

Empire, I'm still in AEN and left you a message a while ago, but guess you aren't there now?

totally agree, 25% premium to sp, slight reduction in NAV but project will give greater upside..

Buy limits are quite large though, so maybe a seller in the background

feels like this has severely slipped of the radar, the graph looks awful, but good to see the conversion rate at a decent premium on the new bond issue.will be snapping a fair few on the turn here.
