Selling the best assets at a 32% discount suggests that the likely range for shareholders is nearer the bottom end of the 12-22p range, that's if they can even sell them all.

Indeed it does, but still would be double from current share price IMO.

"The implied transaction enterprise value of EUR63 million represents a 32% discount to DCI's gross asset carrying value as at 30 June 2016 and will result in a loss on sale of EUR27 million." Dunno. "Better than -50%" perhaps. Does say something about NAV guestimates.

Depends how aggressive the buyer is and how many he is looking for. WINS wouldn't normally mention it if it was only a small buyer.

...imho the price is creepy back after the recent fall which was after big up trend from 5p... ---- true mid price is about 9.3p....4% higher.... all sales so far today...and no buy report so far..so the MM is soaking up those sales to fill a buy order imo

"but the new incentive package stinks." guess I probably agree with most of that... but what can you do... seems par for the course... exotic property cos.....the dirs. and broker get rich by placing lots of shares at the float.....if co. then flops....they issue new incentives package as reward for selling of the bits at lower prices than was paid for them !...laugh or cry... but if one is buying for first time near the low then one is not paying the original IPO price....(I had a few of these around 25p area after the big acquisition and big MD investment....and luckily sold since wasnt going anywhere....so been fairly happy to buy under 10p...)

Still buying the old favourites, plus JESC and IGC. ATS is becoming more interesting. Sorry OT for others who would be bored of the above!

@tiltonboy - can't blame you, I'd feel the same if I'd got in higher & seen it go lower. Daft in some ways as we ought to reassess from the price it's at, not the price we paid, but psychologically they're quite different. Certainly, if they returned under 10p by the time all was said & done, I'd be very disappointed indeed! But that perhaps comes down to what other homes there are for the money. Personally, I'm not seeing a fat lot atm (though did buy back into PJF this morning, trying to take short-term advantage of the upside to the all-paper bid).

Specto, I would love to see 20p, but I'm sceptical that it can be achieved now. I am encouraged by the progress that has been made, but the new incentive package stinks. Having got this completely wrong in the 20's, and had a double unit size, it was going to be costly, but I did buy a few around 6p, and I have sold some of those. If I was coming into this fresh, my analysis would have given me a buying range of 7-8p as the price I thought the risk/reward was worth it. We are now above that level, and I will exit on rising prices. Likely to be a decent sized cut, but better than where we were a few months ago.

Mildly fixated on seeing 20p here, whether via share price or cash returns. Don't mind sitting on them if necessary.

Traded a few at 10p, and will sell into further rises. Happy to get any early sales wrong, as i will be getting closer to my original levels.

..10.37p buy...& 9.9p sells...so the real mid price is around 10.2p imo...ie. its still moving up... Update Biggish buy around 10.2p....so mid price in fact looks to be unchanged at 10.0p
