I can't see anything other than further asset write-downs, but can they make sales is the burning question.

If the true NAV is half of the stated, and all of the assets were sold, I would be a happy man. I would still be taking a large loss, but it's a case of mitigating the extent of it for me.

At least there wasn't a deeply discounted rights issue. Somehow dont think we will see the current 32p NAV being achieved. Would happily settle for half of that!
