19/7/2016 21:05 | Be aware of promises not made children. Read the RNS again and then see what is actually going to be delivered: have allowed 'discussions with additional partners' to 'progress significantly' and the Board is confident of announcing, in the coming weeks, additional contracts with 'significant potential to enhance shareholder value'. Loads of get out clauses there my friends. I hope to eat my words - but just saying like! | ![]() swiss paul
19/7/2016 20:45 | Bwilder2 I brought at £1.20,not bothered the price dropped, watch for the news. Just remember 10 million people a month are joining the states mobile app and Dji are working with the company. We should see a major update. 300 million is expected by end of 2017.state lottery run using only the state app!! Funding Do you really think only institutions were able to get involved in the placing. This would be the way funds from China would be able to be invested by certain high ranking state officials. Looking forward to the next news.fully loaded | ![]() genises
19/7/2016 13:59 | someuwin - they buy rubber dolls and sell them on the internet. They are thinking of buying teddy bears and doing the same thing. Why do you not do some research? It is all there for those prepared to do the work as I have done for the past 8 months. | ![]() snowyflake

19/7/2016 13:28 | It is a formidable achievement to raise £40m for an AIM listed company and in the wake of Brexit and just before the summer slow-down. DJI clearly has some very valuable deals in the bag that needed the placing to fund them. The BOD will have assessed the value of these deals versus dilution and I am sure they have made the right decision. The sectors that DJI is positioning itself in, including across payment platforms, online gaming and sports betting, and other online transaction platforms are massively scalable, especially within China with its 1.4bn population and its mobile/internet obsession. It was interesting to see this latest announcement making reference to the Company's "rapidly expanding databases", which will themselves be very valuable assets and sources of additional income.I can see why DJI decided to take the institutional money now, otherwise they would either had to delay NASDAQ for 4 months, if not longer, because of their placing rules, and presumably they would also have missed out on some the new deals that the Company has implied will be announced soon.In more than 20 years of investing this is the most exciting stock I have seen. | thewhiteknighttrader
19/7/2016 13:25 | Grrr, I've got some other stuff I can sell, anyone think this will get pulled back to sub £1.00 I really do hate dilution. | ![]() zeberdie
19/7/2016 13:24 | Looks like all the Funds have their holdings so wont be buying in the market. I expect price to drop now as no demand left. More than likely can pick up a lot cheaper in a month or so. | ![]() loobrush

19/7/2016 13:07 | With the tech frenzy around the ARM deal (which was still cheap some believe with much more growth to come) I see this one being taken over quite quickly, £5 Billion will do me fine thanks. Different business I know but in tech when your stuff is top of the class then bidding wars start and it goes for silly money. | ![]() topazfrenzy
19/7/2016 12:59 | Yes me too, I keep adding to to my holding, my last top up was Friday morning at 117 for 4K but it looked a bit piddly sitting next to two buys of 50k. I like this share even more now. £2 coming this year | theclangers
19/7/2016 12:44 | Agreed topaz. Institutional money being thrown at them after what would be indepth due dilligence, what's not to like! They are positioning themselves nicely hopefully in what us a fast moving multi billion pound industry and have pulled off some cracking deals and by all accounts are on the verge of announcing more!! | bergsy
19/7/2016 12:36 | theclangers, I topped up just now, to average up actually, as very confident this will be closer to £2 on next contract announcement, and £3 in a year ;) Each to their own, but I thought the RNS today a cracker! | ![]() topazfrenzy
19/7/2016 12:26 | Appears not interested in private investors - why discount share price to institutions !! | neurolodger
19/7/2016 11:53 | agree with that topaz, Institutions are not able to sell big chunks of shares without destroying the price for themselves, so they take on a bigger risk than PI's who can be more nimble and sell their holding at a drop of a hat. It takes a lot of confidence in a BOD by institutions to part with millions and hand it over to an AIM stock. You can bet your bottom dollar they are privy to the deals on the table, obliviously they like whats being negotiated. Sometimes you have to read between the lines and work out whats going on. The big boys will always be looked after first, it's just something you have to except or find something fund mangers will not touch. On the plus side no worries about funding from here. Should be a positive wright up from MW soon, will be interesting to hear what he has to say. | theclangers |
