Started work experience at 16 and then started work at 17 for Pinchin. Then worked at Winterfloods for the rest of my career . I don't work anymore you little miscreant, I invest for fun not work. Now run along fly. You've thought about that for the last 2 hours. Quit now because you won't win.

if you read my statement...i am referring to EU roaming impact.

Indeed, it doesn't take a genius. The profit warning was from £501m last year down between £360m-£440m this year. This means a profit impact of £61m-£141m, not £10m-£30m.

I assume the element you're referring to is the impact of EU roaming on the business, which will have a £10m-£40m impact i.e. one element of mobile profitability - not overall mobile profitability.

As I said, the mobile phone side of the business (i.e. CPW) is to a ratio of at least 2:1 larger than the largest category within the consumer electronic business. It was after all a business with a standalone market cap of £2bn pre-merger - not small beer.

As far as I know, the telephony side was the one making more money, and had an upper hand in the business since the merger due to that.

well it doesnt take a genious rob...dc. have stated the last rns that profit could be hit by 10-30m as a result of the mobile business...that hit is small part in comparison to the overall business.

it has grown markets share in all its other core markets.

let us know your stats if you still disagree.

And a very lucrative one for them they are taking a hit of £10-£40m this year from the ending of EU roaming charges alone.

Where do you get the idea the mobile phone business is 'small beer'? It's complete nonsense. Mobile phones as a category is twice the size of any other standalone category in that business.

My next phone is coming from china..

LG G6 with dual sim from eglobal central.

you can get a galaxy s8 from eglobal central with dual sim for £487.99.

£689 with CPW and not dual sim.

The mobile phone shops do not stock dual sim. they make the bulk of their money selling contract only phones as that is where the margins are. very short sighted in my view.

the decision not to sell dual sim phones is going to hurt the high street.
