It's easy to see why they aren't selling as many phones. Just look on eBay. The cheaper ones seem to be sourced in Ireland but the seller is located in the far east. In the main the phones are 20% less than in the UK. It's not hard to figure out why. What's the VAT rate?

most of the profit cut was not cash anyway, just debtor book revaluation. so the restated eps number of 27p is now much closer to core business cash generating profit, and the core business is trading fine, positive LFL still and taking market share in uk electricals. This profit can easily support a 9-10p dividend. With the stock warning from an already very weak position after the double downgrade report a few weeks ago this looks excellent value to me, i've topped up at 175 expecting well over 200 again in due course.

Surely this is overdone, it is ex div today...can see 200p+ todayThe mobile market is challenging, but new models out soon with iPhone so can see number improve at least from here
