09/12/2020 10:22 | I have just loaded the PDF file on GoFile. Can someone who has trouble with UploadFile.io see if the below link is better, which is on GoFile.io . | pro_s2009
09/12/2020 10:07 | Brave browser (great for avoiding pop-up rubbish on newspaper sites) has an option to ''open new private window in TOR'' which I find allows access to these file sharing sites. | sf5
09/12/2020 08:52 | Hi janekane, if you send me a private message with an email address of some sort, I can email to you if you like. The upload site I use is fine, however, some systems will not allow downloads from it as they "think" there might be a security risk. So I can email to you if you want. | pro_s2009
09/12/2020 08:10 | Pro whatever that link is my server will not download can u copy and paste | janekane
08/12/2020 01:45 | I see the market took note as usual. Another bad day at Black Rock. | lab305
07/12/2020 21:25 | Thanks Pro. | lord gnome
07/12/2020 21:13 | Cenkos note on DGOC in the link below, PDF file. . | pro_s2009
07/12/2020 17:55 | Decent write up in todays hardcopy Energy Voice. It should be online tomorrow, they normally follow a day later. | dcarn
02/12/2020 13:13 | Interestingly, Oaktree has just agreed to put in $900 million to finance a new company, Four Pass, that will make US oil and gas acquisitions. This is good news for us & suggests an increasing awareness that oil & gas has been oversold & there are better opportunities still out there. | mondex
02/12/2020 11:40 | To move these we need Rusty to strike. For around nine months now we have repeatedly heard of bargains and companies with extremely cheap valuations that could be snapped up. Financing is in place both with the recently reaffirmed agreement with the banks and with Oaktree. Over the last three years acquisitions have been plentiful but now at the most advantageous time ever they have stopped. Come on Rusty get your cheque book out ! | lab305
02/12/2020 10:05 | Yup...a good sign. | 11_percent
02/12/2020 07:04 | M&G take a lump of DGOC | pro_s2009
01/12/2020 18:51 | Someone hates this share enough to tick down every single post. What a freak. | spawny100
01/12/2020 14:52 | Thank you all for the very helpful responses! | redsonning
01/12/2020 10:23 | Agree totally. I think dgoc excellently run company. | dunderheed
01/12/2020 10:21 | True Dunderhead, but they are in the minority. DGOC's strategy is for cheap, low OPEX assets with low decline rates. By their nature, unconventional wells have high decline rates, hence the factory drilling of new wells to maintain production. | mondex
01/12/2020 10:14 | Dgoc do have some unconventionals actually. Appalachian delivery "could" start to get a little constrained if pipeline capacity not pre allocated but I assume all Exxon would be? | dunderheed
01/12/2020 09:57 | Fraccing is largely only used on unconventional assets whereas the assets operated by DGOC are conventional & do not require fraccing. Also, the proposed ban would only apply to federal lands. Interestingly, Exxon is looking at divesting its non-strategic assets amongst which are its Appalachian gas properties. Might this be an investment prospect for DGOC? | mondex
30/11/2020 18:19 | Thanks guys. Just filled in form and emailed to broker. All good. | spawny100
30/11/2020 18:02 | I was able to buy without the form with Interactive Investor but filled it in later once I realised I had to, to get the 15% deduction rather than the 30%. I was never chased by the brokers for it. Maybe something to do with the share being quoted on a UK index rather than the US which throws their systems when dealing in the share. | scrwal
30/11/2020 17:10 | Thanks Gary. Although that doesn't appear to be correct as I was able to buy them fine as they are listed in the UK and I have not filled in the W8-BEN form. Will investigate. | spawny100
30/11/2020 16:51 | You can't hold US shares if you don't complete the form is my understanding. | gary1966
30/11/2020 16:43 | I've just bought a few recently in an ISA. What will happen if I don't fill in the form you mentioned and return it to my broker? They haven't asked me to fill one in. Will I still get the divi? Ta. | spawny100
30/11/2020 15:58 | You do need your broker to be set up correctly to allow for the full dividend. I have mine in a sipp with Charles Stanley and they acknowledged that I should not be taxed but that they are not signed up the the U.S. pension agreement / process so I get taxed 15% | jonm321
