I hold in HL SIPP and confirm I get dividend in full i.e. with no withholding tax

Does anyone know if a SIPP holder gets the full dividend for DGOC, it being US domiciled, or just a reduction in the Withholding tax by being inside a SIPP?

I held these earlier in the year but not long enough to encounter a dividend!

Yet another director buy.

Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (LSE: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids and oil wells and midstream assets, announces that on 12 November 2020, Melanie Little, independent non-executive director of DGO, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the market at a price of 113.97 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Ms Little now holds 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.

Timchecco just another attack by a blogger this time in the guise of a professional analyst. Looking at some of his other work it is all extremely negative towards oil and gas, perhaps some climate activist mole . We have had of late don't forget several in depth very positive broker reports and the latest results increasing the dividend whilst paying down debt.

Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (LSE: DGOC), the US based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids and oil wells as well as midstream assets, announces that on 30 October 2020, Brad Gray, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in DGO ("Ordinary Shares") through the market at an average price of 109.80 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr. Gray now holds 2,317,981 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital.

Rusty talked about generational opportunities, sounds like he has some big targets, he also said that it's his belief is the company is too small for some US institutions. Combine that info with the previous acquisition trail and the incredible deal with Oaktree, it's my belief that it's a matter of when not if a big acquisition happens. I'm expecting it to be in another basin. GLA

I would be very surprised if Rusty didn't have something large lined up. That's why Oaktree are on board and they won't want to sit around twiddling their thumbs. Rusty probably has a ready-made list of targets. So many US O&G companies are strapped for cash right now that he must be like a kid in a sweetshop with extra pocket money.

The real question is: when will we see an increase in shareprice? I mean, the dividend is out of this world, but the company is not growing that much in terms of stock price honestly. Of course it is and-and, but I still think it should happen because the company grows like crazy if you think about the fact that it was only 3% of the company it is today when it was listed 3,5 year ago. Think a trigger might be a big acquisition of assets in combination with Oaktree. My average is 106 now, but I’m looking to buy more before next dividend the 26th. Hoping it will fall below 110 so I can buy more. I’m bullish on acquisition news before the new year.

What is your thought?

Yes, it was a good interview. I got the impression that the company was in good hands and has a great business plan which will continue to deliver. Gotta love the dividends. The gift that keeps on giving.

Great update from Rusty, I can see more acquisitions before Xmas given the confidence in the interview. The oak tree partnership is a peach of a deal and great for long term incremental increase in production. Massive buy at the end of the day. Onwards and upwards GLA.

Hi senn1, Thanks for that. Finally got an answer from broker. With the WBEN form it is 15% withholding tax.
