Can’t read it unfortunately due to needed membership. Is my thought correct if I say that for every dollar buying new assets, Oaktree will pay half? So with $1.000.000.000 from Oaktree it’s actually $2.000.000.000 that will be invested? And the timeframe is the next three year and for acquisitions exceeding 250 milion? This is an insane increase and fully in line with the previous tremendous growth Rusty accomplished.

Pro_S2009, Thank you for the link I don't see the Stockopedia EPS forecasts I mentioned in the Edison note. Indeed, at face value, the Edison note seems a lot more pessimistic for both 2020 and 2021... ...unless I'm not understanding their September note.

With correct w8 form completed, you pay 15% tax in an ISA and 0% tax in a SIPP

Timing is perfect. A lot of US shale companies are going to go bust in Q4........as their hedges expire and they have to deal with real world oil prices and not their hedged prices. Late Q4 and into Q1 next year there will be many a bargain to be had, if you have the firepower on hand to make an attractive "cash" offer. DGOC is in the right place at the right time.

Looks like a large deal on the way with the Oakwood firepower pardon the pun. All good for holders imho

Oh f - I thought in sipp and isa you paid zilch. I only pay 15% in my "trading account" (ahem!) but thought it was zero in the others? Pro thanks - where do you keep your accounts because I thought you were from Saxon lands?

USA........they want their tax. 15% is the reduced rate, else you pay 30%.

Hi - I've just checked my sipp account and had 15% tax deducted - that certainly isn't my understanding? Is that correct?

Anybody any idea why the broker EPS forecast for 2021 is so much lower than for 2020? Or is Stockopedia just showing the wrong numbers? Specifically 23.1c for 2020; 17.1c for 2021. TIA.

Yes, excellent deal. I like the fact that the DGOC management team aggressively seeks out accretive deals continually, unlike most UK-run businesses.

Wow, didn't see this one coming, a very good deal with really significant firepower and additional governance from oaktree, (which is not needed IMO but should satisfy some people who can't understand the business model). This is a game changer, AIMO. GLA.

That looks like a very good deal indeed, leveraging DGOC's abilities and getting others to fund growth. Smart deal. All this and a 10% yield.
