It is really good news when the company is actively keeping on the right side of State regulators.

I think the ‘depressedR17; price is more to do with these liabilities than anything else. So it will be very positive when final ones finalised and that risk is removed (for 5 years). I bought back c 116. Not much point in my selling activity, well 1.5p

Another piece of the jigsaw this morning (+ Penn going well [pun intended])

Results in less than 2 weeks.

Maybe that's the case, but then why are the institutional investors staying away. This stock offers consistently good returns. Or is it case of playing the market. Someone said they have traded between 112 and 118 very successfully for the last six months. If thats the case its a market makers dream.I hope you are right though... I don't even want to sell anytime soom. I am in this for the next 5 years at least. Im happy taking my dividends eveey quarter, but I wish the price reflected the value. The strategy is so strong. Hopefully others will follow suit.

The problem here is just lack of interest. Fantastic positive article from Midas and hardly any posts commenting. As I have said before I feel many private investors have sold out and now banks ,institutions and the board together own a very large percentage. More articles like this one may encourage small investors to start buying again and hopefully a more realistic share price.

It could probably be announced that liquid gold had been struck in one of DGOC's wells and this stock still wouldn't move.

I've never known a stock be so static on repeated good news for so long.

From today....

Midas verdict: Diversified's share price has risen nearly 60 per cent since mid-2017. That is an impressive run but it does not fully reflect the transformation of the business or its prospects. The stock remains attractive.

Trading these between 118 and 112 has been an easy few pence but if the results are as good as they indicate it would be easy to make a mistake. I will be holding on to all mine through the results .

If they have traded shares they're therefore not in a Close Period.
That implies that any significant news is at least one month away.
Also, since they've acquired assets over the last year, and changed dividend distributions, I think the reporting would change in line with say, quarterly, dividend declarations(?).

Hard to say as the company does not publish a timetable.

They did a TU on 29/1/18 last year so could be immanent, or they may not do one after the TU in Dec.

Another (albeit small) director purchase.

Carcosa - thanks for the article - does seem to fit.

Bought back in today 110p. Had them on "Watch" for a while & a combination of the Director "Buys" & the chart moving to an inflexion point made me press the button - 3 times!

Definitely not in a closed period then.

So Today:

CEO £275k
Chairman £220k
A.N.O. Director £11k
A.N.O. Director £11k

So who is selling? Trive Capital Fund?

If I can be somewhat bullish regarding these buys; take a read of this:

They are both Non-Executive Directors and, subject to confirmation from the NOMAD and the Exec Board, are able to trade shares in the company in what may ordinarily be a closed period for the Exec Directors.

However it is quite possible they are not in a closed period (time period between the completion of a listed company's financial results and the announcing of these results to the public)
