I will say its a classic set up. The week will have traded across(above) standard PI breakout orders

Assured, short tracker on the fly up again soon. The slight reduction was to encourage the breakout executions. And the shorters were busy little bees all week

Shortest tried to push the price below 880p again on Friday. They failed and DEC closed just ober 3% above day's low.

Wonder how long it will take before most shorters realise a distinct possibility of massive losses, fromcurrent positions. Plus a Chunky dividend to pay out every 13 weeks.

What the Times article doesn't say is some shorters have already reduced considerably e.g. JPM and that the FCF estimates are after having paid debt and dividends. It doesn't mention dec being a macro hedge on NG prices in the US either

Peace about diversified energy in times business section today. Most shorted company on UK stock exchange. Worth a read but mostly old news. Feels like an advertorial. Often followed by a placing or a company sale. Just me speculating.

Good finish in NY. We seem to have entered a decent uptrend, around 10% in the past week. There's still a long way to go. Another 40% needed to achieve the end of July level. DEC is anything if not volatile.
