07/2/2024 20:59 | It will take time if it comes to pass. Tonight it looks like the US has decided, currently, to stop trying to take a lead. (BH - Your header is wrong - dividend payment date is 28th March.) | podgyted
07/2/2024 20:14 | The whole idea of listing in the US was to tap into much bigger capital markets. 100ks average a day turnover is tiny, under 1m usd. This could come to more US investors' attention at drop of a hat . At that point, the spike to 14 yday will look like a gentlewave comparedwith a tsunami. . | leoneobull
07/2/2024 19:46 | Leoneobull....One of your posts yesterday 'This could be $20 overnight' Really 😂😂 If a village is missing an idiot it might be worth your time applying for their job....Moron! | sg35
07/2/2024 19:19 | And another date in March of significance.. 2023 Annual Results and Conference Call Details "Diversified will release its 2023 full-year results on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 and will host a conference call that day at 8:00a.m. BST (3:00a.m. EDT) to discuss the Annual Results and will make an audio replay of the event available shortly thereafter." | bountyhunter
07/2/2024 19:15 | There is of course a second squeeze appearing on the horizon for 28 March. Yes you've guessed it, that's the dividend pay day. 47.76m shares earn 69.74p each, less say 15% tax, £28.31m in our pockets to buy yet more DEC shares with if we want. That's roughly 3m shares or over 6% of all the shares currently in issue. Of course nothing like that many would be bought but it would be an extra worry if I was short past the XD date. | grahamg8
07/2/2024 19:15 | Yawn, showing your true colours now. | bountyhunter
07/2/2024 19:14 | 97peter....Just to annoy Pr!cks like you and little Bountyboy What do you own 100 shares between you? You do realise this is a public forum and is a available to everyone, not just a few sycophants who believe all is rosy in the world of DEC stock. Don't like the posts? here's a thought, then don't reply to them w@nker. | sg35
07/2/2024 19:09 | Lol Leon! Rusty going short, what a wild theory and suggestive that the shorters have run out of ideas!! They've even had to resort to using a brand new alias here. And where is whitey, too busy keeping a lid on the share price or busy deramping elsewhere? First the Casino suggestions then Rusty's going short, whatever next!? | bountyhunter
07/2/2024 19:06 | Scuttle back under your rock deramper sg35 with 5 posts! Why are you here? | 97peter
07/2/2024 19:01 | Is there a village somewhere in the world short of an idiot this evening? Yes, it must be Rusty going short on NYSE | leoneobull
07/2/2024 19:01 | I don't think it's a question of hiding something. More a question of your views on liabilities and how they adjust over time. Both sides could be right but at different times if that makes sense | nigelpm
07/2/2024 18:47 | If DEC are not hiding something (and there is no reason to suggest that they are) then I'm sure that DEC management realise that shorters will get burnt (sooner or later) and that the share price will recover as the shorters get clobbered for the dividend and margin calls. They've already issued statements and letters refuting all the nonsense that the shorters have come up with, what more do you want? Congratulations by the way you are up to 4 posts now (all DEC) in the few days since creating your shiny new account to deramp DEC with! | bountyhunter
07/2/2024 17:45 | Question too difficult? Someone is making a fortune between NYSE and LSE price fluctuations. It's certainly not beyond the realms of possibility for DEC to have involvement, even indirectly, in this. I've seen nothing from DEC apart from a few vague statements to indicate they are remotely bothered by the continued slide in the share price in the UK. | sg35
07/2/2024 17:14 | 'Anyone who seriously thinks the directors want to trash their own LSE valuation (even temporarily) needs to engage brain before posting' Care to explain why not? | sg35
07/2/2024 17:07 | Anyone who seriously thinks the directors want to trash their own LSE valuation (even temporarily) needs to engage brain before posting. | bluemango
07/2/2024 17:06 | Can someone here enlighten me how no new share was issued in US , yet shareholders in US can buy and sell shares there in NYSE ? From what I understand , Uk shareholders even through their Uk brokers are not allow to sell their Uk DEC shares in US NYSE due to cross border regulations - so how can this be happening - I guess the big hedge funds and big institutions are allowed to buy and sell Ie one law for the majority of normal shareholders and one law for the big boys to manipulate and make money . | stevensupertrader
07/2/2024 17:02 | Bountyhunter....what are you on about? Yes, I am invested and have been for a couple of months for a not insignificant amount. Why don't you read the entire post?? My point was clearly intended to question the level of integrity around DEC share dealings and how little control, we, as smaller shareholders have over this.....nothing to do with 'deramping' and I'm certainly nothing to do whitey (whoever he is)....If you read the post properly, this would be blindingly obvious! My own suspicion, for what it's worth is that Hutson/DEC are behind these absurd NY/UK price fluctuations/differe I'm not sure of the legality of this but it stinks! everyday the same, depress UK price and then buy in NY....it's not even subtle anymore. Where will we be by NY eod? $12-13 and by COB in UK tomorrow, sub £9 would be my best guess. | sg35
07/2/2024 16:52 | In the USA the bid is now $11.70(£9.27p) And the price $11.80( £9.35p) Could best to buy in USA while UK is open and sell late on in the US session | blue square
07/2/2024 16:39 | As soon as Uk closes US volume goes down and the share starts to rise | blue square
07/2/2024 16:34 | In the two hours both markets were open UK traded 120 k shares USA traded 150 k shares USA volume will now go down when london closes. Not sure how the transfer of shares work but i guess its happening I dont include UT or late trades | blue square
07/2/2024 16:18 | An interesting theory. Are you invested here? I notice that you only registered your account 5 days ago and that is your 2nd post on advfn with your 1st (also on DEC) ending.. "where does it go....£8,£7,£6....? It's little wonder London Stock Exchange is in terminal decline. Seriously tempted to take a loss, dump the stock and move on....my money would be safer in a casino; they are better regulated and contain less crooks!" There's a bit of a casino theme developing here amongst certain subtly deramping posters! Where's whitey gone, or is he still here having forgotten one of his passwords ;) | bountyhunter
07/2/2024 15:16 | I am stilling HOPING ( not 100% completely lost hope ) - definitely I will make my move after div Ie 29 Feb 2024 | stevensupertrader
07/2/2024 15:12 | If I was 99% sure of losing from here I certainly wouldn't still be here. What you say is contradictory and makes no sense. | bountyhunter |
