13/12/2023 08:56 | 60.7p in old money. | 11_percent
13/12/2023 08:26 | It's not helping the share price though, this has turned into my worst investment in 2023, down over 30% from when I initially bought at 91p. The collapse in the share price is worrying so I've reduced my exposure. wllm :) | wllmherk
13/12/2023 08:04 | Yes and Rusty has the hedges covered, that’s for sure. | imnotspartacus
13/12/2023 07:57 | Spot gas prices now well under our hedges, shows the volatility recently, USD3.5 a unit quickly reversed to 2.25, hedging is the only way to protect your cashflows..Now how is that NYSE listing coming along..? | laurence llewelyn binliner
12/12/2023 19:53 | Actually, the company traded OTC with the ticker DECPF for years. The ticker DECPD only appeared earlier this month. | rog56
12/12/2023 18:56 | The company has traded on the OTC market for years using ticker DECPD. The NYSE listing is entirely separate and an application has been made for this using the 20-F form. As far as I can see, the DEC ticker does not yet exist on the NYSE (according to the NYSE Listings Directory). Diversified has applied to use the DEC ticker on the NYSE on the 20-F form. Hopefully, this will be dealt with speedily. | hghotshot
12/12/2023 18:28 | It may be on ADVFN but the form 20-F has not been approved by the SEC so it can't trade on the NYSE only in the grey market | marksp2011
12/12/2023 17:52 | Last time of posting :-) The ticker NYSE:DEC does exist and is recognised on advfn :- | skinny
12/12/2023 17:49 | Yeah and then whoosh !!!!!!!!!!! | t 34
12/12/2023 17:35 | Fwiw, this is from LSE today and contradicts the above. "I emailed Doug Kris at the company about the listing in NY and just got this reply: 'We anticipate trading to commence in the next week or so. Unfortunately, Government entities tend to work at a snails pace, especially around the holidays. The symbol on the NYSE will be “DEC”. Thanks, Doug'" My own view is that the company would not be so amateurish as to only have a OTC listing. So it probably just requires a little more patience to see a main NSYE listing under the ticker DEC. | bluemango
12/12/2023 17:27 | Got this today from my broker iWeb, if it helps..... Thank you for your patience. I am writing to you as I have now received a response to the eligibility check which I sent through on Friday, 8 December 2023 regarding the Diversified Energy stock which was listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on 11 December 2023, our dealing control team have checked the stock now it is listed and although the stock is listed on the NYSE it is in fact listed on the over-the-counter (OTC) index, which unfortunately we do not trade on, and we will therefore not be able to offer this stock through our service, and we will be keeping the UK listed version which you already hold. Please accept my apologies for any disappointment this may cause. | kipper999
12/12/2023 16:41 | Why is the NYSE ticker on the 20-F wrong? DECPD is used on the OTC market. DEC has not been taken by any other stock issuer. | hghotshot
12/12/2023 14:50 | Brent down >3%. | cassini
12/12/2023 12:41 | Well that explains it Rhubarb The 20-F isn't approved because the NYSE listing ticker is wrong. The company seems to have made a mistake quoting DEC What they should have been using is DECPD, the existing OTC ticker Anyone can sell whatever on OTC it is a "grey" market - it doesn't even need the company to agree to be listed. | marksp2011
12/12/2023 12:31 | The ticker is as per post 6567. | skinny
12/12/2023 12:30 | Thanks, so back to the wording of the 4th December RNS :- "The Board currently anticipates that the US Listing will become effective later in December 2023." | skinny
12/12/2023 12:25 | The ticker for the main listing is NYSE:DEC Trading starts when the 20-F is approved whatever that may mean I see no timeline and it isn't in the calendar for a trading start | marksp2011
12/12/2023 12:24 | As fortin said in an earlier post, DECPD is for the OTC market. Nothing to do with the NYSE. | carcosa
12/12/2023 12:00 | Look for DECPD | rhubarbcrumble
12/12/2023 11:44 | johnhemming - I've searched that article using every word that I can think of "listing", "December", "2023" etc - but can't find any mention of listing date? The ticker NYSE:DEC does exist and is recognised on advfn :- | skinny
12/12/2023 11:29 | This is going from bad to worse, like many have said in the past no point having a 20% dividend if the price continues to drop. | oneillshaun
12/12/2023 11:27 | This is amendment 1 filed 7/12 published 8/12 | johnhemming
12/12/2023 11:16 | The energy sector is being shorted to high heaven thus crash levels across the board | topazfrenzy
12/12/2023 10:39 | i am wrong but what i learned .... after several observations... listing in US .... /BUR fe/ price drops ... so their II fill ... so it takes lots of time down there ... and then it starts creeping up i bought at 1300 recently ... but now i will wait for the creeping up to start and i do not see it soon all imho | kaos3 |
