Scotty, you may have supported Dis in the past when you owned shares in this stock. I don't believe you own any shares in Dis. 3.5p is good price, buy few millions shares today before it's too late.

Scotty, I don't know how you Brits' mind work but we Americans always support the stocks we invest in. You may have owned shares of 'Dis' in the past but you sold it when it picked up after staying sub 1p for quite a while. Now you want to get back on board but not at current price. So, you dislike any post that supports 'Dis'.

Don will have everything structured in a way that his brands would fit it alongside Diageo brands.. The question is when and how much would they pay for a brand like redleg?

acdc just because i don't post on this thread much doesn't mean i don't already own shares in Distil,in fact i have followed Dis from around 2005/06 when it was BES.

Thanks for the link to the article...much appreciated.

I'm more than happy for Distil to become a subset of Distill Ventures, at the right price, of course ;)

acdc52 i said"this will be my last post on the subject" but it seems you want to continue and be exposed,i am in the right you are in the wrong but of course you wont admit to it.Continue or stop, the ball is in your court.

Do not trust the poster acdc52 who is worse than a ramper as he copies and pastes documents then adds or changes the wording to deceive and suit his own agenda, this does nothing to help the company, newcomers or share price in fact it does more harm.Dis will make it or not on it's own merits without this kind of poster.

"Glen Ellen and MG Vallejo as a move towards brand
rationalization, that is, allowing Diageo to concentrate its marketing efforts on a smaller number of more upscale brands."

but acdc52 changed it to read

Glen Ellen and MG Vallejo as a move towards brand
rationalization, that is, allowing Diageo to concentrate its marketing efforts on redleg and a smaller number of more upscale brands.

After he was caught out he deleted the posts.

Scotty1 - you are bang on the money, why put up with deliberate deception from those who appear to enjoy deliberate deception. I have a large holding here. I am a serious supporter of this company. I have been in a long time, since Blavod days. I do not want to read lies from anyone, including newcomers with dubious objectives. I filter everyone whose honesty I do not believe. Baticle, acdc52, mr.oz, darkdogs, filtered. Lets get on with the real deal. pete

You are still here Scotty, Captain Kirk, Mr Spock and the rest of the gang are waiting. They are not very happy. Don't forget to take chill-pill and few dozen cases of RedLeg, you might not find it on another planet as we are still working on planet earth.

I will agree on one thing haggis and that it's time to move on,but it would seem you also don't seem to mind that a poster has posted something which was a lie to deceive
other posters, anyone new to Distil could have read the post and bought in on the back of it.As for filter the poster i don't filter anyone as i think when a poster who can post out and out lies needs to be shown for what they are.Last post on the subject from me,unless of course anymore lies are posted.

Everyone that's here knows what acdc posted, we know it was an ancient article so hardly relevant to today's markets, adding RedLeg on the end doesn't make the article any more relevant to today's markets as it's still a 10 year old comment by someone who probably isn't even in the same role any more. acdc has deleted the post, so I think we should just move on. Filter acdc if you want, but no point in dragging that discussion on.

Baticle with all due respect how could it be a mistake it was a copy and paste and the word Redleg had been added to it by acdc,he should own up and admit he was in the wrong to do so,he thinks some posters are deramping to get the share price lower but what he did is far worse than anything of a negative nature posted on here, it was a out and out lie.

Well, I saw the post... and I just thought he's made a mistake here....It could have been worded Diagio are going to concentrate on smaller upscale brands like IMO THE LIKES OF RED LEG RUM.....I'm not trying to defend it just from what I've seen acdc's not on here posting stuff like that every-day and I've seen how deluded and aggresive some rampers can get on other boards, posting by the hour sometimes.
