20/7/2009 16:03 | Excitement! I remember that before the Digital Sport days. | facere2
20/7/2009 15:26 | Just a glitch with ADVFN. I have another cancelled stock showing the same. For a minute I was starting to get excited. | flc
20/7/2009 13:16 | Who's this company appearing as DMR on ADVFN? | facere2
14/7/2009 12:56 | No news Flojo. Jonathan Moorley-Kirk indicated an update should be forthcoming at the end of this month (still a way off). I guess there's no point in chasing, he's already indicated both him and Brian are commited to finding a workable way forward/workable project. Remember they are both actually unsalaried with their involvement here and the costs have only ever been £40k/yr listing and associated discussions with prospects. A smaller amount of cash would be needed to tide the company over given no listing - so perhaps they will commit by injecting further funds themselves short-term. As frustrating as it is to remain without a clear update, we have to stick with what's communicated so far, and bear in mind these guys can probably only work circa 2 hours a week on DMR (they have many directorships/roles not just us) - If we don't get an update at the end of the month I will of course chase. | dusseldorf
14/7/2009 07:27 | Duss any news ? regards | flojo
08/7/2009 15:13 | Mister MD i am with you the value of DMR was in their listing that has gone....all they where was a cash shell, and if talks broke down there is always another cash shell...they will hang their boots up and salvage any funds they can..............dus | fenseal3
08/7/2009 15:00 | so all we need now is to: - find a workable project - find funding - find a NOMAD (proving hard to find and 'may hinder future progress') - "review in depth the merits of AIM and/or PLUS Markets listings" I won't be holding my breath! | mister md
08/7/2009 08:53 | lol You have some brazen hena/treacle/chancer You pump and dumper Dmr for one day a few months back on this thread and now you try and use the same thread to pump Pma. Totally shameless ! | 8trade
08/7/2009 08:51 | O/T Much awaited RTO news announced last week in PMA and despite the current environment, acquisition to be satisfied with issue of shares at a massive premium of 1p vs current price of 0.38p along with a fundraising also at a minimum of 1p. Both businesses seem to have potential especially Final Futures. | hena79
07/7/2009 10:59 | My own view is that the option of waiting until a deal is ready before listing again, is the most likely. A new deal would require due diligence and it is not unreasonable for it to take 2-3mths, once the target has been found. Then there is the legal side and the listing requirement ( clearing it with a Nomad for an Aim listing), as well as raising the monies (probably already available from previous contacts). The whole process is likely to take 4-6 mths and a lot of wasted fees can be saved in that time by holding off the listing ( however inconvenient to shareholders). Whatever happens it needs to be right this time as there will be limited future chances-aimho. | orvil
07/7/2009 10:37 | Thanks Duss,thats more like it! | sim5198

06/7/2009 17:31 | All - I've had contact with Jonathan Moorley-Kirk - DMR's other non-exec.... Very prompt reply. I was just going to post key points of his mail, but it's basically it's all key at this stage(!). I hope you find it re-assuring. Dear Dusseldorf, Thank you for your email. Brian is away all this week but I do hope to chat with him at some stage. Brian and I are both aware of the problems associated with the suspension from AIM and have been considering what to do .It is fair to say that the suspension was the last thing we wanted but events and timings have conspired against us. There are a number of potential transactions that are being investigated but these are all at preliminary stages. The fact that we were unable to obtain the services of another NOMAD on terms helpful to the Company was very disappointing and may hinder future progress. Only time will assess the importance of this fact. I can confirm that at this point both Brian and I want to continue our efforts to finding a workable way forward. I believe that it is more important to find a workable project than to switch the listing to PLUS Markets. Once an appropriate project ,and related funding, has been identified then is the time to review in depth the merits of AIM and/or PLUS Markets listings. It is hoped that a shareholders update will be available by the end of the month. Should you require any further information please let me know. Yours sincerely, J.C.R.Morley-Kirk | dusseldorf |
