I think the change may well be to do with the revival as well as the future placing. Although a good move in the market for the reverse takeover and in perhaps the most precious commodity.

DIMENSION RESOURCES LIMITED
RESIGNATION OF NOMINATED ADVISER
Dimension Resources Limited ("Dimension" or "the Company") announces that it has
agreed with Grant Thornton UK LLP that Grant Thornton will step down as
Nominated Adviser with effect from 29 May 2009. Dimension is actively seeking a
new Nominated Adviser to replace Grant Thornton.
Brian Moritz, Chairman of the Company, said "I would like to thank Grant
Thornton for their support through what has been an undeniably difficult period
for the Company. We have mutually agreed that a new Nomad would be better placed to advise during what we hope will be a revival of Dimension's fortunes"

Your absouletly right Duss. I'm using the same strategy with ZZL. With these types of stocks you ask for 250k, 500k or 1mil and you end up paying a hefty premium. Patience is the key. Something I'm sure you have plenty of :)

FLOJO - Not in INDY but have been watching as I was waiting to buy SVE (has a stake in INDY as well as many other fledgelings).

Induna123 - I've gone for multiple purchases on DMR over time, my lowest recently being 0.12, though I have paid 0.65 a while ago. You cannot make one trade and expect to time it right, my new strategy on shares (seems to be paying off in this bull market) is to take the amount you would like to invest, then split it into 4 (if size permits). place 1/4 stake in the company you want to buy. Hold it for a few weeks, understand the situation and company. If it's moving in the right direction, buy another 1/4, if not, hold off a while longer. If still moving in the right direction after two months, you've picked a good one, double up, if not re-assess and wait a while longer. Your risk is mitigated that way.

Quite right Duss, after today i think we will see a stady rise and yes i think the funding is a done deal, i like the experience being brought to DMR by the new people for its future,i am also in work Duss ,do you hold any INDY?And INDUANA dont leave it to long -regards all.

FLOJO - I am here (I do work full time believe it or not ;)). There was a big buying gap from 0.4 -> 0.6 yesterday. MM's only did that to stem buying for stock at levels they simply do not have....

A predictable decline, though it will be met by more sizeable buying and an increase in the coming weeks once funding has been sourced. The deal still hinges on funding being raised by DMR for working capital - though personally believe this is already in the bag and most likely from the three named yesterday...

Kicking myself here, I had the chance to buy at 0.17p a couple of weeks ago until somebody started buying 100k chunks and pushed the share price up.

This is probably still worth getting into, although it's better to let the price settle down first. No rush.

FLOJO - 6 May'09 - 10:29 - 7175 of 7175

Oops spoke to soon ,someome dumping.

LOL!
What did you expect with Suehelen/Optiliar's latest alias a pumpin' and a dumpin' here:

Kirstie79 - 5 May'09 - 12:16 - 7133 of 7175

Picked up another 25K at 0.58p. My buying finished for now with 325,000 holding and will be keen to see some coverage apperaring on sites like minesite and pro-active investors.

And 325k dumped in two lots at 10:27/10:28, this morning!

Surely, Duss realised who it was??
Do you remember when Kirstie79 was posting here as Takdeer amongst other aliases and reckoned he/she/it had millions of DMR shares that it was holding forever. Same old lies - it's only the alias that changes....
