28/5/2009 21:43 | Houseprices told me. | moreupsthandowns
28/5/2009 21:17 | I agree more about the extension, I will be happy with the placing above 1p, why you think that? | groats118
28/5/2009 13:06 | I know, sorry orvil. | flojo
28/5/2009 12:55 | Impantiant-is a very bad complaint. | orvil
28/5/2009 12:52 | Whens the news pepes ? Im impantiant. | flojo
28/5/2009 12:43 | FLOJO-it actually has gone down because the other day you could sell at 0.31 up to 500k, but I would think that it is just somebody who needs some cash. | orvil
28/5/2009 12:32 | MM's probably still sat on the fence awaiting further developments. | flc
28/5/2009 08:54 | 305K sell,no mark down ,in the old days this would have gone down, thoughts anyone. | flojo
28/5/2009 08:52 | Duss - forgot to ask....how did you fair with FML? Keeping a watching brief on that one as I reckon it will be back to 2p soon but rally again. | flc
28/5/2009 08:24 | I still wonder what's happening with the assets in SA not least the freehold on the Vredendal site. These were written down to £400k (too much IMO) and moth balled over three years ago. There's also been no sign of any revenue from the contractors? On the grand scale of things realisation of these assets is probably irrelevant but in the interest of shareholders we should be kept up to date. I agree with you Duss in that the next round of funding will be swallowed up by sophisticated investors, probably those involved in the last round. That said, it would be nice to see further cash coming in from what we already own. I've been adding to my holding so lets hope DMR will deliver. | flc
28/5/2009 07:41 | Morning Duss, waiting paitiantly. | flojo
27/5/2009 16:50 | Hi Flojo, 2 days indeed. Though historical deadline targets from the management have not always been reached. Having said that perhaps the new brokers whoever they may be (Fox Capital IMO), may want to get things moving a little faster than the last lot - especially if there is further comission on a subsequent equity raising to commence assessment/explorati My money is on the fact that further funds (the immediate £200k) will be raised from 'sophisticated investors'. These nameless individuals are IMO friends/associates of BM. The Bermudan registration means even those investing over 10% remain anonymous if they so choose, even if thier holding changes. In a speculative prospect which has yet to blossom, this can be a great benefit especially if a few funds begin to take interest... All a little way off, first broker, then money, then acquisition, then more money required | dusseldorf
27/5/2009 11:58 | Morning all 2 days left for news. | flojo
26/5/2009 12:57 | No Duss,im long term ,just would like to see real positive progress. | flojo
26/5/2009 12:41 | FLOJO - sounds like you have a short-term trade here. I wouldn't bank on an immediate re-rating of stock - though could happen, DMR does move quickly, though the real money to be made here is long-term. The spread unfortunately is controlled by the Market Makers and until a flood of buyers come in, they will be unwilling to close the gap. | dusseldorf
26/5/2009 12:23 | Hi Duss ,i would like the news to be sooner than later in the week, fingers crossed it all gos through ok. | flojo
26/5/2009 12:01 | Morning FLOJO - should see a news release this week. A £200k placing at 0.25p would be acceptable (just!) given where the price was 2 weeks ago), however, a placing at 0.5p would be preferable and alot more beneficial to price potential. Remember this is just short-term cash requirement, should the full acquiistion go ahead, there will be a requirement to raise several million - dependent on gold/precious mineral reserves and any presentation re:future revenue potential the likelyhood will be a institutional whip round at a premium to current market. Again though, I'm keen to see the numbers and inferred resource levels.. | dusseldorf
26/5/2009 10:43 | Morning Duss. | flojo
26/5/2009 09:00 | morning FLOJO-I think we will have positive news on the placing, it will depend on the dilution factor of the overall deal v the potential that will determine the immediate direction of the share price. I remain confident that longer term this will prove to be a little Gold mine, but we will need patience.Political instability in some of the areas outlined for prospecting, will mean that initial concentration will be exerted in the one nearly complete, and this should provide much needed cash flow. | orvil
26/5/2009 08:18 | Morning all, think we will have something from the company this week, thoughts anyone? | flojo
24/5/2009 12:17 | Control1 - though I called FML right, unfotunately I sold out far too early once my target had been reached - could have made much more, though can't complain. I have no selling so early here even if my target of 1p is reached - I would sell some of course. Setting a real target is a little to early at this stage as we don't know how much inferred resource is in the PR's and we don't know what the start up capital to fully exploit them will be. My experience on prior DMR prospects suggest £5 - 8m, which may just be raised at a significant premium assuming the evaluated resource levels back up the market interest. Directors need to remove some unknowns before a real re-rating can begin | dusseldorf
23/5/2009 21:42 | Hello Dusseldorf, decided to have a look at what else you are doing as I missed "the biggie". You were quite conservative on that one so are you exercising the same caution here? | control1
22/5/2009 15:37 | Agree Duss, this is a differant sinario now,if all gos well we should be moving upwards next week. | flojo
22/5/2009 15:23 | FLOJO - Historically, those selling in volume around 0.3 have been able to buy back lower - so up until now appears to have been a sensible option - my point is that I believe this will no longer be possible. Over the past few years all prior increases in share price have been speculation based, with no positive outcome, however, for the first time in five years the company is actually making positive progress. Dependant on resource levels within the PR's indicated, we could be trading on a multiple of the current share price within months... | dusseldorf |
