Well the presentation was very positive but it is a longer term hold, unless of course someone buys it out, as the debts are all COVID related and now only amount to just over a million with a term payment to 2026, with just £300k a year due and the £400k loan not becoming due till after that.

Costs have been trimmed, business is hard to come by but the potential for a adding clients international is there.

I look forward to see full year profits, as forecast.

LOL T101 just paying off past COVID loans and forward looking prospects are looking even better, as well you know but thank you for your good wishes, as you know that the large contract they have have already made an impact and now more than ever, I can envisage someone buying it out because if you take out historical debts, the business along with the packages they have could add so much in value.

Good luck trying to spin those results as positive.

Revenue flat.

Cash is down

Still made a loss despite the crowing about making an “adjusted profit”

Delighted to see that I was mistaken yesterday, this result is just what should be the start of a huge recovery in the companies fortunes.

Hopefully the market will like them also.

Now that is better - Message received from IMC
"DILLISTONE GROUP PLC will be holding a Review of Interim Results and Prospects meeting on 26th Sep 2023 at 3:00pm BST."
Now was that a result of above post? Most unlikely !!! But certainly intend to participate.

As Mello charge for their roadshows and I understand they are cheaper than IMC for the Talking Heads to use, refuse to participate -

Favour IMC instead, which is free for participants - The presenting company pays - If companies want me to consider investing they should pay me for my listening time - nice face to face lunch usually- or in worst case scenario no charge - free on line as IMC and a number of other information/funding outlets.

Qualit6y software engineers don't come cheap T101.

Most folks have a very false perception about the amount of time and effort it takes to design, build and maintain the range of software packages the company does but the software I think you are talking about A L S is Talentis, which is a remarkable cloud based offering.

And the value now being offered to users - You can get a Free trial and test it for yourself. It is just a matter of getting the word out there.

If only the revenue was higher And the admin costs were lowerAnd the debt was lessIt would be amazing huh Except it's not. There's basically knack all happening here.

What was that new piece of software they developed that was going to take the world by storm? That seems to be growing very slowly.

A L S as you will know the companies troubles started when they tried to grow through acquisition, which they got very wrong, then once they had seemed to be on top of that, along came COVID that really put them on the ropes but the directors have a lot of skin in the game and until the government loans are settled the £400k does not get repaid, and it would not surprise me that once the can, they might turn that into shares, which would be a quick way to add value.

Of course there is risk but they have been paying off the COVID loan at a fixed sum per month and are under no pressure to paid it off.

If they achieve the revenue growth they forecast then things could improve rapidly, or you could even see a swift takeover as they have proven software, and if you cut management costs and listing costs it would become a very attractive package.

The problem is clocktower that the company has been turning around for years and never seems to really get anywhere.

If I saw a sustained improvement in their fortunes then I'd think about investing again.

T101 you might be correct in one respect but but my investment was not at 28p that you refer to.

However, the company is profitable, it is only the Covid debts that are weighing on the company, and it is way undervalue, and only needs to increase revenue/ EBTIDA and the turnaround would be rapid as regards the share price which could rise rapidly way past 28p impo.

"All is not lost" huh. Your investment has gone firm 28p to 13p while you have bee ramp in g it. Meanwhile there's endless knack all from the company. I think you know that all is lost. You are just refusing to admit it.

You did T101 but all is not lost, and things change quickly at times.😊 You see I don't know if many people are aware of what a gem this could turn out to be.
