So boring that you bother to follow it T101 LOL, watch when the figures are released at the end of April, however I guess that is the real reason for your interest.
How many have you picked up at sun 20p ?

Zzzzzzzzz. Must be the most boring share ever. Just shows that it's not a good enough proposition in terms of risk/reward.

recruitment sector is increasing its revenue

which is positive for Dillistone

eg. news from Hays today
"For the six months that ended on December 31, the London-based recruitment company said net fees rose by 15% to GBP651.9 million from GBP565.3 million a year before."

I've had a detailed look smithie6. Yes Directors wages are not high. Yes they have had a tough time with covid. Yes they are recovering. But I think it's going to take longer than they think to recover and get to profitability. And I think the growth is fundamentally quite limited plus I'm unconvinced of their primary product, seems the same waffle dev clever were pushing. So you might be able to scalp it a bit like that useless stock picker clocksucker, but it's high risk for the limited reward imo.

what do you think about DSG ?

imo its not a lifestyle co. for the dirs.
imo they have worked pretty hard over the last few years to stabilise the co. after a difficult phase

& they had to work hard to cope during the Covid crisis when obviously the recruitment sector virtually stopped/closed, with ppl stuck at home & a big drop in the economy.

They have reduced staff numbers in past years. And no one likes to lay off people that you work with.

& the dirs wages are not high

-----

last RNS included this text

"Particular performance improvements were seen with the Group's Infinity, FileFinder and Talentis products. 2022 saw the successful implementation of the Group's largest Infinity implementation, with a strong pipeline for this product being carried into 2023. FileFinder client retention improved significantly in the year as a major project was completed, which delivered improved user experience along with significant operating efficiencies"

imo the co. has been getting on with it....improving products, doing sizeable implementation, 'pipeline of sales opportunities' & getting results.

(& the chairman + 1 director together own about 20% of the shares, they have an incentive/motive to make progress)

What an impressive foul mouthed band of followers I seem to be gathering as T101 has caught the bug, and one can only assume that they have lost money following me around, or just shorting any stock I openly invest in.

You will note that since I started the thread the share price has gone up much faster than I expected, and is still over 30% up but it should more than double come the results at the end of April.

If there's a loss making pile of lifestyle pish out there you can find clocksucker trying to ramp it. Hey mate how's VRS doing today after you tried to ramp that pish to 10p ;-)At least it's doing better than EVE which collapsed into administration. Or MIN that's gone nowhere in decades. Thanks for being such a reliable stock picker mate, I owe you one ;-)

LOL - In your dreams Z or maybe you have nightmares.

If you had a clear conscience you would not be so concerned about my trading but hey ho, you are clearly a RED/YELLOW person, so nothing more than I expect from you.

Good Luck if your in CSFS - I had been watching them slide but not one for me even though they might recover, as financial services of they type they offer are a crowded market and very competitive. Not worth the punt imo but if you have put your savings into it, then best of luck.

If you're interested in a good quality stock (much better than DSG) do some research on CSFS.

Likely to double by end of April.

If you say so Z but then look how wrong you were with FCS.

Good to have you following and I dare say picking up bits of stock a bit cheaper than I got the 20k.

Its to small a company to short but you might be able to borrow a few from your broker I guess.

Best of luck.

I think not S, some kind folks have just allowed me to buy more at my target of 18/19p - I just picked up 20k more but that is my lot now.

Anyhow, I am in this for the long term potential as I think it has been over sold and has huge potential with so few shares floating around.

Keep the Faith. :-)

too much optimism with 50p imo

I reckon they will save all the good news up for the day of the results, so the share price really launches way above 50p on the day S, as it is so tightly held, and if buyers chip away and hold before then, it could go a lot higher on the day I expect.
