So little volume now, makes the share price tick up - at what level will I see a seller, as I took 5k shares just now but would like a few more on the cheap, so a little patience needed.

Well I bought a few more today, I only have a small investment here but I feel if they really do recover this year then they could double. I certainly can't see things getting much worse than they have been the last couple of years and although the FD leaving is not a good sign and we may be in for a recession I don't expect these to go broke in the short term so i'll give them a bit of time to prove me right or wrong.

Her LinkedIn profile says she’s a member of the Fleet & District Beekeepers' Association. Maybe that keeps her a busy bee 🤣

Shame to have lost a new FD so quickly - and in the week of the final announcement. Those of you with a suspicious mind could conclude that there's been some disagreement about the results/prospects/annual report wording, because I can't see anywhere else that refers to "her voluntary work". This strikes me as someone who's left because she didn't like the writing on the wall, and has decided to "pursue her other interests". I'm a seller on this news, notwithstanding the results.

Unusual to have an ACMA as FD of a listed company. Shame Gated Talent didn’t take off like they hoped.

WH Ireland stick with their 35p target after latest update, but see significant upside to 2023 estimates.........building a larger position methinks.

DSG closed up 41.18 percent on Friday, June 26, 2020, on 3.72 times normal volume. The stock rose above its 50 day moving average, improving its intermediate-term outlook by crossing above that important trendline.

You don't need auditors permission to release unaudited information! Unaudited information would not include any going concern statement.

If I am to invest in a company I want to base that decision on timely information. I appreciate that Covid has impacted auditors' workload and processes so I am happy to use unaudited figueres especially as Covid had no impact on the historic figures to 31/12/19. And to be honest if the auditors were the same as Pat Val then I'm not sure having audited figures would add much value! But I thought Pat Val's auditors were Grant Thornton?

I very much suspect that they can't release unaudited figures because they're sweating over a Going Concern qualification, and the receipt of the loan maybe helps them out on this. Releasing anything without the auditors agreement would be bound to cause issues, and the auditors are the same fir that did Patisserie Valerie & Sports Direct, so will be very sensitive indeed about signing anything at the moment.

I have held in the past and might be interested now but we still haven't seen the 2019 results; this is not good enough, shareholders deserve better - unaudited results would have been better than nothing while we waited for audited accounts.

Surprised DSG isn't up a lot more.. "The Board has undertaken a series of stress testing models for the business and now believes that the range of likely outcomes for the current financial year has significantly improved since the trading update on 16 April 2020."

DSG... £5m market cap way too low. Jason Starr, CEO of Dillistone Group Plc stated: "We are delighted to achieve this major milestone, which brings us closer to our aim of being the largest platform of this type. Our membership pool is increasingly valuable to executive search firms and has been a factor in a number of recent FileFinder contract wins."
