Dramatis, i spoke with the finance director this afternoon. Intertrade are a nominee account to which some of the non lock in shares where placed on IPO.
Apart from the directors who hold 68.8% the other significant holders are all nominee accounts four in total.
You will also now have numerous PI holdings and other nominee below 3%.
Intertrade will have many holders within their account. On listing they held 74M shares, i suspect that they are down to about 20-30M now. Worth noting that not every IPO placee will be a seller.
Intertrade being a custodian are not legally required to notify a change in holding.
It seems that the notification sent to the company on the 20th May was probably a clerical error as legally they are not required to. The company didnt realise they were required to notify as its not a legal requirement from Intertrade. However they have since found out from their Broker that if they receive a notification letter they are required to announce to the market. Hence the delay until today. The company have not received any further notices from Intertrade despite the heavy selling since the 20th May.
Intertrade are not legally required too, therefore they havent made any further TR1. As i said earlier they are probably down to 25-30M
