That email should have been RNS'd. They cannot send out private emails regarding business matters. They have advised the 'business continues to grow" and they are 'working to establish more commercial partnerships across Engage'.

There seem to be two separate issues here.
Firstly, our dear fiends at Cornhill or whatever they call themselves now, got the company to issue all those lovely shares at 1p. The share price was then ramped up post IPO by well-known serial rampers using multiple aliases and the cheap shares were / are being dumped at a huge profit. Only once these shares have been cleared out will the share price settle.
Whether the company is worth anything at all and has any prospects is the second issue. Time will tell and I don't honestly know. My instinct is that the whole thing stinks and yet ..... this has a full market listing whereas pump and dump stocks are usually an AIM speciality.
What is certain is that this will leave a nasty taste in people's mouths for a long time to come and it will affect sentiment towards the company.
We need to p and d squad to exit, the share price to settle, and a decent trading RNS giving some real reasons for buying the share. Until then I will continue to watch this from the sidelines. I feel for all those shareholders who bought higher up and have watched their capital evaporating ever since.

Hi yes i spoke with a guy called Nick ( Holds fair chuck of stock from the subscription), seemed very up beat about the company and future prospects, flat out. Regarding share price the company are as surprised as anyone considering what has been announced since listing.

Don't be surprise some here sitting on very heavy losses.I am 50% loss fortunately with not much capital invested but others with 10+ entries are not happy.It has been walked down from 14p and no body from the company explain anything.It is not really a professional display as far as the investor concerned.

That sounds more plausible. The management do need to say something though. Seems like a decent company to me with their fingers in lots of quality pies but with the share price being trashed by greed and thoughtlessness at the IPO stage. Sadly people look at a falling share price and think the company is falling as well which isn't always the case.

However i agree today could have been a final capitulation from the IPO

With the RSI @ 17 its at least due a technical bounce.

Also Wedge pattern from Feb coming to a conclusion.

The two one million sells at 3.60p looks like a clearing out of the last of the IPO sellers but I could be wrong.
