I am curious to know (when the FCA Shareholder Disclosure Regime) says that a holder of more than 3% has to make a disclosure within 2 days for the UK and 4 days for a non-UK company, that thresholds were crossed in Feb and May and yet we are only getting to know about this now - in July? Any ideas?

The positive announcements that have been hinted in recent Podcasts should attract new investors and hopefully clear the sellers stock.

I would imagine Jeffries is fast learning the responsibilities of a CEO in a PLC

To bring some positivity to the discussion: The staff member presenting at the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF STUDENT EMPLOYMENT SERVICES annual conference later today has five years experience as marketing manager within a key education establishment. She understands her subject very well. She's not just a random sales or marketing gimp. She's been with DEV since 2015. I did take some time to run through employees at DEV and they have recruited new senior sales manager, front end developer, account manager, and a business development manager. So, i see positivity in terms of the employees. Today's annual conference presentation itself should bring in business in the short-term. Members attending this conference are key links into the careers guidance sector.

Dave we just have to accept there are sellers from the IPO, have been since day one.

As CJ said in an interview their broker introduced them to some market participants.

These Participants( flippers) have dumped their stock into an illiquid market for months.

As you can see today 100ks being dumped into the market. Positive news needed to create the buy volume and clear the overhang.

My guess is NW is clearing out the rest of his stock.

Simply dial their number, receptionist will pick up and she will transfer you to whom you wish to speak. SIMPLE

I hold significant amounts @6.2 and yes worry after the emails to the CEO without answer.I own about 20 shares at the moment and have been invested the last 20 years.This is the firs time when I got no answer to my question when I address the company.This company is the main market but act like the worst AIM share.
