amrishbhim - an argument against a cheap buy out of the company is the fact that considerable amounts of shares are held by a few holders who in my view will not entertain a cheap take out price.

I've checked those numbers and there are very favorable to achieve, company like this could be brought very quickly as to the market being down and this one has a big potential, not putting numbers but it could go x 4 to 5 within few months if more deals comes up with subscriptions subordinated into millions

This is totally nuts and probably reflects the breath and depth of the current actual product offering.  If we assume that they will connect with 80 million students across emerging markets in year three and you have $20 of revenue per annum that is $1.6 billion with say 20% margins (after 3rd party and distributors payments) = $320 million profit on a minimum multiple of 50 times = $16bn alone so that is £12bn or on give or take 800m shares about £15 per share.  And that just appears to be there for starters.  Lucky Asimilar Plc with their 120m+ share exposure :)
