See Destiny's two RNSs on its website dated DEC 1st 2017. CMS subscribed for 1.9 million shares at 157p.

China Medical System Holdings already has a stake in Destiny and holds rights to any Destiny product in China. It was briefly quoted on AIM ( when I bought in about 2005 ) but then switched to a main listing in Hong Kong. The code is 0867.HK

I am a long term holder of China Medical ( 25 bagger ). They have just released 2020 and they are pregnant with cash. They started off by importing Western drugs but are now keen to expand its own in-house portfolio. Just saying like.
