The company, Derriston Capital, will float as a cash shell with the aim of making its first acquisition in the med-tech space three to six months after listing.

So listed 29 Dec, doubt you'll see any deals until earliest March/May onwards, so he share price could drift further down. I think most deals are on hold until the outcome of all the Brexit legal challenges are known and Article 50 is triggered. Plenty of time here but I will add his to my follow list.
