Nope. Just assumed we'd get a deal soon?

Good bounce on a few buys - almost feels like a tip again?

How much did they raise, surely enough for a skeleton bod and some due diligence?

@zcaprd7 - I don't doubt they've targets in mind, but I guess couldn't start spending the money on DD until it was raised. If they get something through in the next couple of months they'll be doing well I reckon.

100k sell at 13.5p this morning seems to have knocked it back a bit today.

To answer posts 20 and 21:

hxxp://www.derristoncapital.co.uk/Derriston%20Capital%20Plc%20-%20Approved%20Prospectus.PDF
(you need to change the xx in hxxp to tt)

on p.72, listing costs c. £100k

You'd think they'd have a pipeline of deals lined up... especially the first deal ready to go?

Does anyone know if DERR has a website or an IPO document? Where can one find further information (e.g. their strategy etc) about this cash shell?

Thanks @ebuyrne1960, didn't know that. And I guess the cash should last that long depending on whether deals are looked at but fall through.

Any idea what the listing costs are? I understand c.£800k pa for main market but no idea here.

Edit - & agree on waiting to buy, perhaps even under EIS if/when they move to AIM upon buying something.

Actually, it's not an AIM stock, so the 6 month rule doesn't apply; it has 12 months for a deal, then a shareholder vote decides if it carries on for another 12 months or winds itself up. Personally I'm waiting for the shares to drift before I think of getting in.....

Tip wearing off perhaps, & still a tidy profit to be taken by anyone in at IPO. They're going to have to come up with a deal fairly sharpish I'd have thought; a few months of no news is going to cause them to drift, particularly considering whatever cash-burn they have, & presumably threat of delisting due to cash shell rules at end of July (6 months).

A polite way to put it @zcaprd7 ;)

"Had no idea he was still alive" would be my most polite reply.

The increased activity this morning is probably due to a tip last night on subscription-only michaelwalters.com.

10p. So understandable a few stagged it at 20p odd...

I see there is more activity at DERR this morning and the spread has narrowed a touch. Now 15p v 18p showing as best Level 2.

Am I right in thinking they raised their cash at about 9.5p? Struggle to find an offer document/figure, but I gather there's £2.3m cash (is that net of expenses or not?) and 25m shares in issue.

Hmm, so the mid price should be a penny more? Not sure why anyone is selling, I mean, they haven't done anything yet?
