Nice 50k @12.7p today. I wonder if that is what caused the tick up over the past couple of days.

Thanks for clearing that up, I thought you were having doubts. Regardless to what was posted on the other thread I don't feel I have made a mistake in buying this. An attractive change in the boardroom and a positive growth strategy being implemented - lots more to come (hopefully).

Greenroom, no not at all, I think this is great investment and I plan to buy more. Maybe I didn't write my post very clearly.

"Best to be humble and admit to myself that I make many small mistake, and move on before thay become larger ones."

Just a generalization of a correct mindset when investing imo.

ic2 - are you saying you think buying this was a mistake after what geswan said? It may not fully qualify as a Zulu but it ticks a lot of boxes, NAI but i'd trust your own judgement and research before throwing the towel in - your PF performance last year should prove to you that you know your stuff regardless to what others may say.

What about the Italian operation?

What about the Indian office?

Updates?

I would send that one back Greenroom for a proper top up :-)

cfro, it's interesting I have never known him to be wrong. As we know from many books on investings, that this is a dangerous trait to have in this business imv.

Best to be humble and admit to myself that I make many small mistake, and move on before thay become larger ones.

BTW, Just finnished reading "Your money and your brain" Jason Zweig, I think we discussed it before. imo it was a book that had some interesting points that could all have been made in 5 pages. It suffered from being padded out to 300 odd pages, and is a bit tedious really.

Reading the classic book "Common stocks and Uncommon profits" nice light holiday reading

Welcome aboard chaps. I think this is a great little Zulu stock with great prospects, despite what one or two say on the Zulu bb.

Definitely an undervalued company with great potential, I'll believe these will top 20p and may be more given the time.

Welcome Greenroom, had an inkling that some of the buyers might be Zulu type investors.

I was one of those.

Bought in this morning after doing some more reading up on them last night. Changed my policy about not buying dividend payers outside of my ISA as well. Thanks for those with the research help on the Zulu thread - think we have a good one here.

The new office in India is something I am looking forward to reading updates on in the future. The lastest office opened Italy was reported in the November update as performing ahead of internal forecasts.

Imagine what the prospects might be in India.

Interceptor2: thanks for those insights. As I commented on the ZULU thread, in the past, I had been put off by the declining turnover between 2001 and 2007. The change of leadership explains a lot.

By the way, this was a snippet from the 9 November trading statement:

We have now appointed a general manager to develop the numerous opportunities that we have in India and this will lead to the establishment of an office there in January 2012

Hopefully, there might be news on that front at some point soon.

Welcome Saucepan, hope this starts to climb like SAL is doing now :o)

Worth noting that DNS performed poorly upto 2007, when activist investor Peter Gyllenhammar now 29.99% holder placed his right hand man Jan Holmstrum in place as Chairman.

I joined you folks long this morning. I had to pay 11.6p for the amount I wanted.

Cfro and Interceptor2: thanks for the head up with this on the Zulu thread.
