This is very good. Surgeons will be motivated to follow NICE recommended pathways even if that means they have to insist that their anaesthetist colleagues use Deltex's products and do a little extra work

Difficult to buy any volume. Someone keeps on buying 250ks and paid the full offer this morning. Looking good for further rises....

A healthy bit of consolidation going on at the moment. Looking at the chart above there are various lovely bowls forming. The short term one would suggest the price is going above 2p very shortly. Longer term the top would be about 4p.

Further strength to come IMHO. Any further weakness and I will buy a few more.

No shares on offer at 2p; I can't even buy 10k online. Meanwhile they are bidding up for a million shares. This is going higher shortly IMHO.....

Nice to see the buyers are in early this morning. Generally DEMG trades don't start till around 1000 am, unless there is interest in the stock, that 500k (person) is at it again, another interesting day me thinks..

Don't think the assault on 2p will be for a day or two, there are too many sells for my liking, still I guess if you bought at 1-1.3p a profits a profit, just wish investors would have more patience, this is going higher, imho

Still have to pay the full 2p even for a small amount of stock despite the drop in the bid. Those pesky MMs....

I have a feeling there is a big buyer in the background....

This is a lesson in the bizarre way MMs work. Now the price has moved up I can now only sell for a lower price than before😳.....but I can now buy at 1.98 so that side has improved. The dark arts...

The best offer on the RSP is at 1.9 (150k) and then the next is 150k at 2.2p with nothing else offered! Any buying and this is going to take off IMHO!

I actually couldn't resist buying a few yesterday because clearly the MMs are short and don't want to sell any. But yes probably above 2p I might let a few go, although I will still have north of 10 million shares!
