Thanks Rivaldo, I take some encouragement that he thinks the stock has overshot on the downside and we are trading in low single figure ratios. My breakeven after selling some at a huge loss is 15p. A couple of reasonable quarters and an increase in the divi should see us get there in 6 months time, maybe sooner.

I don't believe this video interview with the CEO from last Friday has been posted before. Lots of confidence etc going forward:

NTV - during what placing? Last time Dekeloil raised money was 18 months ago.

I told you management failed to inform share of the companies trading problems during the placing and people knocked me for that. The share price says it all

I wish I'd sold mine at 12p when the chart started to break down. Will hold now and hope management can save face, looks dire for the time being though.

Last spring when the share price was 14p and a maiden dividend announced - the odds on selling in volume occurring at 8.75p within 6 months would have a probably given a jackpot win on the National Lottery a run for its money !

The dumping continues - another 140k @8.75p Hmmmmm.

chadders one of the great virtues of a regulated market like london is everyone has leverage on a company who lie.

to quote myself:

"On revenue, as above, fruit will be weak and they already said cpo yield is low because of the weather conditions so if you take what we know upto q3 and add the extra q4 then you get between E28-29m.

The one thing we don't know is forward sales. they seem to amount to about E1m but we don't know how the auditor will treat it. We do know that forward sales are the expense of a 12% discount in cpo sales price."

You are right in guessing my estimate of a h2 loss of about e0.5m - that's not too different to last year anyway.

And just in case I got it wrong I did get out my calculator... let's say they report E2m (bit high but ok) - they have 300m shares now. that's eps of 0.66cents

Price is off a bit since I posted so on this year's earnings that 9c/.66 ...

chadders suggest you back and read my numbers in my earlier post.

I've got pretty good form on this company. It's my posting over on lse that forced them to admit they lied on the q3 announcement

Just sold my last 100,000 at 9.1. Taken a £5k hit in 2 weeks, not one of Rivaldo's better tips I'm afraid. Anyway onwards and upwards I'll put the money to good use elsewhere. Just can't see any share price drivers here for the next couple of months. The management seem a little inept !!

Good to see the CPO price has climbed sharply up to $755 (as of last Thursday).

troublingtimes, a tad sensitive methinks. You posted,

"Can't see them doing much over Euro28m revenue now. And definitely under Euro2m for the year."

"Just in case that is not clear .. this means this company is trading a PE of about 15x current year earnings."

Don't post number plucked out of the air and expect no comment.

Just revisited the thread and read troublingtimes' comments. He's obviously done absolutely no research at all on my posting history on this and other bb's before commenting on something he knows absolutely nothing about, having only just started posting on ADVFN earlier this month.

It's postings and hysterical accusations like that which reduce the quality of these discussions - and they also invalidate trust in the poster who makes them.

Cheers Mas, appreciated.

Then I stand corrected m-guy!

But as I said, this is all distraction from the central point of my post - I put out my view on the numbers and chadders didn't bother to challenge them.

He just wants to do a "Trump" and scream its "fake news"!

troublingtimes - 808: Personally I think riv's posts read like those of a "pr flunkie". They follow the "pr flunkie" model of repost "credible source content" with a small amount of fluff around it. I stand to be corrected if he's not!

I'll correct you by confirming for sure that he is not a "PR flunkie" or a broker. Furthermore, I value his contributions on these threads since he is one of the more informed and astute posters on ADVFM.

By the way, I have no problem with brokers and pr putting their client case. They have the inside track after all.
Do have a problem with the mindless "Trump style" out and out misrepresenting regardless of the evidence.
There have to be some ethics in the spin business!

I think I said "brokers and pr". I didn't mention nomad.
Seems to be a tough job being a nomad - you always get it no matter what.
In this case, the nomad seems pretty responsive (at least to the blindingly obvious).
Personally I think riv's posts read like those of a "pr flunkie".
They are almost word for word the same content repeated on both boards.
They follow the "pr flunkie" model of repost "credible source content" with a small amount of fluff around it.

I stand to be corrected if he's not!
Big enough .. and old enough .. to admit when I am wrong!

Just looking at the posting style and individuals around the company story I could probably pick a couple of individuals if my life depended on it. But I'm not going to name real people on a board. Could be wrong after all!

In any case this is all distraction from the central point of my post - I put out my view on the numbers and chadders didn't bother to challenge them.

He just wants to do a "Trump" and scream its "fake news"!
