DeepVerge (AIM: DVRG), the environmental and life science group of companies that develops and applies AI and IoT technology to analytical instruments for the analysis and identification of bacteria, virus and toxins, announces the resignation of its auditor Jeffreys Henry LLP. The Company has appointed Haysmacintyre LLP to act as the Company's Auditor.
Jeffreys Henry LLP confirmed in its release letter that there were no circumstances which they considered should be brought to the notice of the members or the creditors of the Company.
