20/1/2022 20:59 | Likewise sweepie. I never bought this, but it has been mentioned on a number of boards, so I have looked in to see what all the fuss is about. It seems to be a particular favourite with those intent on losing their shirts on Mode and QBT. What a trio of money pits !! Why do.t they just send their investment money to me, as a gift, instead of buying shares like these? It would cost them no more, and at least I would send them nice thank you letters. | 1knocker
20/1/2022 13:23 | DO NOT FORGET TO DO THE SAME FOR FDBK YOU ARE SHAFTED THEIR TOO | kaka47
20/1/2022 09:37 | Yes Vega, If someone had bought £100 worth of DMTR on the open offer announcement then applied for £20,000 of open offer shares they should get about 12.5% of what they applied for. So they should get 2.5 million shares which at 0.3p would be worth £7,500 which would be a profit of £5,000 on an original £100 investment. I can't see the share price holding up at 0.3p but there may be no liquidity to sell. Anyway well done players of the excess application! | kinwah
19/1/2022 11:35 | Seems to be a good outcome for those after excess allocations, given low take up of basic entitlements. | vega44
17/1/2022 06:52 | I always keep companies on the watch list that I have sold for a re-entry price or for a kick up the rear because I sold too soon | sweepie2
17/1/2022 06:17 | buywell3 - 08 Aug 2019 - 07:04:24 - 41 of 1533 DeepMatter - DMTR DigitalGlassware is a terrible choice IMO It sounds like it relates to some Italian Glass manufacturer The RNS whilst positive , does not say anything about revenue size , which makes me think it is small. in-vitrodigital or in-vitro-digital would have been a better choice buywell3 - 16 Oct 2020 - 06:54:20 - 803 of 1534 DeepMatter - DMTR No numbers mentioned which buywell thinks is of some concern | buywell3

12/1/2022 08:28 | Every time I want to be reminded of the stupidity of retail investors I just have a look at the "trading" in DMTR. | terminator101
06/1/2022 21:17 | How is this not 0.1 , free money for people that raised | 3put
06/1/2022 08:00 | Terminator......100% correct. Lights kept on. | purchaseatthetop
01/1/2022 20:20 | Dmtr have said that they are close to the billing period and also negotiating a mid six figure contract. That could easily mean that the 0.1p shareholders suddenly have a business worth significantly more than it appears. It also might mean it could be taken private at a point when some proper progress is being made. Wouldn’t be a surprise. | yump
31/12/2021 18:10 | Because the management are incompetent and their backs are against the wall with little choice but to agree with the people with the money as otherwise the company is no longer viable! | gurunostradamus
31/12/2021 17:41 | Any ideas why they placed at such a low price? It seems they are washing out the old Investors? We're previous investors given the opportunity to buy at 0.1p? | mcsean2164
31/12/2021 17:17 | It will kill this off, please look at MSYS they did exactly the same with a huge heavily discounted placing at 0.1p. People chased it over 0.3p but because of the new dilution the market cap ballooned and was zero valued so now it's drifted back but even close to all time lows it's valuations is still way higher than what it was before the placing and price drop. The same will happen here, anybody with 0.1p stock will dump it. Even 0.15p will be a 50% profit so people will take it. The dilution means any price moves increases the market cap silly amounts, it will not sustain. If you have any now I'd sell at current prices as it will trade under 0.2p offer soon enough | dave4545
31/12/2021 16:26 | Kinwah - you make some reasonable points and it may be hard to significantly disagree with most of them. However - even with the issue of these shares doesn't necessarily imply a 'collapse' down to placing price. It could? Personally -I feel that while there may well be a drop it will not be as significant or prolonged as people think. This company has potential despite the current BOD who may yet get it right or be substantially replaced or there is a take over. Who knows? Anyway - debate is a good thing - success is not a sure thing. So Happy New Year. | smcl
31/12/2021 15:51 | DMTR is issuing 2.8 billion shares at 0.1p. If the shares open at 0.25p on Tuesday that is an attractive selling price to some existing holders. People have questioned why the shares have held up well so far. I think it has been shorters closing their positions and people wanting a token position so they can apply for excess shares in the open offer. It's always tricky calling these situations but I don't see any obvious reason to buy these on Tuesday with so many shares coming on the market on 21st January.DMTR may well be a great recovery stock for 2022 but the technicals will affect the shareprice for the next 3 weeks. | kinwah
31/12/2021 14:49 | Are you sure? Down 65%- I don't think it will fall that far. This stock could be a bit of a surprise stock - in terms of recovery. | smcl
31/12/2021 14:42 | Nice uptick today. When the shares next trade on Tuesday morning I'd expect the shareprice to be down 65% to around 0.15p as they'll trade ex entitlement to the open offer. Could be some interesting trading opportunities. | kinwah
30/12/2021 09:48 | New lows everyday.. Riddlers special!! | daar |
