Well the only resolution I'm voting for is the one that removes this completely incompetent BoD from their positions.

They could and should have done a placing a while back when the share price was over 2p. No, they waited until the company was in the ditch then put a revolver to existing shareholders heads for a hugely discounted placing. In my opinion this is effectively a takeover by the back door by these 'new investors and needs investigation.

Email address for the Market Integrity Unit at the FCA for anyone that wants to raise it with them, not that they are of much use.

What a horror. I got in and out a year ago but this 0.1p is the definition of screwing the PIs. Mind you, investing in a company whose chief techy wants to meet aliens is always risky.

I would wait it out until it goes well below the 0.1p possibly to 0.05p and then decide if it’s worth the risk. I don’t think this is an investment but more of a punt at 0.05p!

Feel happy to have exited sb in the 0.3ish range, a loss but that’s the game, if finance had come through without the placing would have made 5x gain.

I also can’t really see a buy at 0.3 but happy some have (though would drop to 0.05 on open!)

Think .32p is the sell price, been buying as high as .40p this morning 300% higher than placing, guess its somebody who believes this idiotic placing will be voted down and surely it should be

All shareholders apart from those in the placing of course should vote this down, interesting that if it does get voted down then its just a change in strategy and outlook rather than administration which is forecast.

Do they actually say in the RNS how many new shares they're issuing? If my sums are correct it's 2,800m. Currently there are 922m shares in issue. Seems they don't have the bottle to spell that out.
