Wonder if its worth having a few now, assuming a 1p placing that I wouldn't be asked to participate in. Just in case a bit of news bumps the price and then they do a placing at say 1.25-1.5p again.

Are these people on the Deepmatter board brain dead or trying to run the company into the ground? They spend six weeks discussing finance then advertise in advance a discounted placing at 5pm on a Friday after the share price has already been trashed in recent months? They are effing clueless! They'll now end up having to raise at even lower prices wiping out existing shareholders!

Yes you're investing in something you don't understand and which no customer is willing to invest either. That's why they give it away free and tell you it's a freemium product. And still nobody wants it

Its very difficult to judge at what stage DMTR is at really and when significant contracts are likely to be possible. If that happens and it becomes more obvious that the data / digital glassware etc. is going to be more widely used, then 1p or 3p doesn't matter.

Problem is, even if that will happen, the timing isn't obvious as there's not enough traction yet. There must be a critical point to watch out for, but I don't know what it is.

I've got quite a few years in which to find out though.

One would assume any placing will not be this side of Christmas so you probably have a couple of weeks to decide

The silence is deafening here with very little information available. One of the problems in this space is the inherent secrecy in the pharma world. I would be expecting increased revenue over H1, but do think it likely that a placing is required.This area of AI is growing and and gaining traction so for me happy to be patient and add - just trying to work out bottom.

Some decent news that takes it a bit further away from pure research and a big placing would stabilise things a bit.

Say 200-300mln shares at 1p.
