Cash burn is not too high for this sort of company in a growth stage and unlike some they are actually pulling in some revenue, the platforms and potential contracts look promising. No it's the lack of grey matter in the board room that's the issue, Friday 5pm RNS telling the world that at some point you need to do a discounted placing? Market Makers dream. FFS that's lesson 1 day 1 of the does and don'ts if you're running an AIM company. No wonder Griff sold down, he probably realised what a bunch of dimwits they are.

No other reason for that unusual pre-placing RNS that would be known to have the result of trashing the share price.

1p placing had no chance given that this lot have had the begging bowl out of ages and got less interest that a rubbish busker on the tube. Emergency placing to keep the lights on at a massive discount, or even convertable death spiral finance is coming here. Easily 50% down on Monday morning. Will have to see if I can get a short position before the bell.

I feel sorry for the long term holders. During the last results when the share price was around 2p, I sold after the results at 1.95p as the results were atrocious and I decided to take a small loss. Personally I would not touch these shares as an investment more of a gamble until the management demonstrate some competency via some revenues.

I bought quite a few recently, partly as a potentially very long term and lucrative hold. Timing was just because of chart volatility, plus likely bottoming out and potential significant newsflow being much more likely now than for instance a year ago.

Interestingly, the first revenue announcement did not give any sort of stable rise last year (August), so at this point imo its not about current revenue at all.
