Just filter Stig. He gets 10p a post and like to talk drivel to those silly enough to respond to his pointless posts. He needs to get a life and help.

How do you sell 'freemium' 😃

Why didn't they disclose financials?

Are they just giving stuff away to con the market into thinking they have traction whilst actual revenue drops ?

Back on 13/2/20 the University of Leeds School of Chemical and Process Engineering announced Richard Bourne would set up a DMTR revolution:

Look what is happening now on Richard Bournes twitter:

I love it when a plan comes together.

Stig....DMTR bought Infochem for the marketing channels. This capability has now been directed into the DMTR functionality and the recent three RNS's show the result:

20/1/21: DeepMatter subsidiary signs data licensing agreement with the Life Science business of Merck.

Note that the RNS says "subsidiary" so that is Infochem.

17/12/20: Three-year contract with Thieme Chemistry, which is part of the Thieme Group, an award-winning international medical and science publisher serving health professionals and students for more than 130 years, for the supply of technical data services and access to the Group's proprietary algorithms.

16/10/20: contracts with five new major customers over the last two months for its powerful computer aided synthesis design tool, ICSYNTH. In total, ICSYNTH customer numbers have more than doubled through the course of 2020, and the Company has achieved 100% customer renewals.

4/6/20: interface its DigitalGlasswareT82; platform with the Waters™ UNIFI™ Scientific Information System to create comprehensive, universally accessible, easily-understandable insights for chemists.

Note that the above 4/6/20 was only working from late in 2020.

Now....maybe I am stupid and you are right. However, these RNS's look suspiciously like Infochem is delivering the growth that it was bought for. They are selling DMTR functionality and not third party functionality.

As I have said before I used to work with Intergraph (US software) and their complex programs took 2-3 years to negotiate and implement with clients.

Anyway...my risk so thanks again.
Love and kisses PATTxx

No ability to address facts?

Why is revenue collapsing?

I keep on seeing this irritating person called The Stigologist posting on here. That must be a good sign that we have done the right thing.
My view on investment is to look at what will happen in the future. Past data is like riding a bicycle looking backwards.
Most of my investments are bought BECAUSE they have previous failures (MCRO, BMN, ITX etc). Some environmental and some internal. If I considered what had gone wrong in the past I would not have looked at the future.
Portfolio risk management means that though maybe one or more of these investments will or might go wrong, overall my return will be far higher than if I had stuck with low risk/low return investments.
So....it is all logical and reasonable. Just ensure that you are diversified.
Have a great weekend everybody and Stig...thanks for the warning.

What a bunch of ignorant naive clueless noobs

Why is Revenue collapsing ?

In Feb 2019 they ANNOUNCED they bought Infochem when it was doing 2m revenue in 2018

In March 2019 they actually completed the Acquisition. The reason it looks to amateurs that the revenue went up from H1 2019 to H2 2020 is simply because H1 2019 would only include the Revenue they BOUGHT in from the Infochem acquisition from March 2019.

The H1 2019 vs H2 2020 'comparison' is a false one

"InfoChem generated turnover of €1.99 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2018" (Source : )

So what happened to Revenue in 2019 ?

TOTAL Group Revenue was £1.2m in 2019

Why did Revenue COLLAPSE from €1.99m in 2018 to only £1.20m in 2019 noobs ?

"ยท First year revenues of £1.2m (2018: nil), including first revenues for DigitalGlassware™ and income following the acquisition of InfoChem GmbH ("InfoChem")"

o/t funny how the alien abduction crowd have always been abducted by the most recent alien form that's been in a film. Started with robot aliens, gone through the bug-eyed ones after Close Encounters.

I've never been able to take Trump seriously for several years, since his orange face and weird hair made me think he was going to have a Men in Black alien pop out.

I'd be interested to know what you think about the input of data from some of the blue chips into the DMTR data.

I presume there's a limit to the detail on incoming data, even if its anonymous, because of competitive sensitivity. For the reason that these are pretty detailed sets of data used to do a synthesis. So quite likely that a skilled researcher, seeing the way a synthesis is done, might be able to conclude something about the research being done by a data contributor.

I don't know this, but I guess the data is aggregated and mainly for 'known' reaction pathways, that get users 90% of the way there without error. That in itself is quite a step.

Yes all that emotion, is it real do you think or just bluster. If you make your decision to the invest then time is the key isn’t it; Truth will out. As dear old Shakespeare said:

Time, thou must untangle this knot, not I
‘‘Tis too had a knot for me to untie’

I suspect he hadnt just wagered £50k on an AIM punt before penning that.
