No doubt bullish posters saw over 3 million dumped at 23.34!

Sooner or later there will be another profit warning.

What a load of baloney.

The share price still in decline which isn't surprising after House Price data.

House prices in the latest quarter (February-April) were 0.1% lower than in the preceding three months (November-January), the third consecutive decline on this measure This means that we have fallen back since the apparent boom last October and November when the quarterly rate of growth reached 2.3%. Now we see that over the past three months it has gone -0.7%,-0.1% and now -0.1%.

This individual specialises in de-ramping bombed out shares. If you look through the threads you'll see it is the same individual by the style of wording in the posts.

Yes, he/she was also de-ramping FXPO as Simon Templar QC when they were 15p, now over £2. Well aware of their form.

A caution to any current or would be investor.

DEBSDOWNER is arguably the worst investor on this site. He held a stake in EKT that would be worth a million but threw it away at a low price and is now a bankrupt. He posts under the moniker of Simon Templar QC and gladly takes enjoyment in the misery of others.

He will claim that he is going through court action etc etc and just will prevail but this is codswallop.

Take his advice at your peril.

DYOR.

(Cue a post from him denying the above)

House price falls is just the start of a deterioration of the UK economy in some areas house prices are way overvalued.

Bad news for retailers the public over borrowed.

I don't expect an interest rate rise now.

The Halifax house price data -3.1% MoM

1-month YoY now flat and in a steady downward trend. New buyer interest not signalling a rebound.

DD You know what that stands for?

It is no secret that retail is being reshaped by the internet. In the past year the US has endured record high rates of bankruptcies and the closure of thousands of stores.

But beauty is booming, with the market set to grow to $750bn by 2024, according to Inkwood Research. People want to touch and see lipstick and concealers before opening their wallets, sending them through the doors of Sephora, the French cosmetics chain owned by LVMH, or Target.

Meanwhile an American obsession with “wellness̶1; — valued at $3.7tn by the Global Wellness Institute and including segments such as nutrition, fitness and personalised medicine — has made make-up and skincare even more en vogue.

QThe put option was a bet, if they went up GS would have bought them back at the price difference and MA would have pocketed his winnings, they dropped significantly and he was forced to buy the shares at a massive paper loss.........all because he owns the shares that lost him c £50m you thing he got it right!.Just like you, he got it wrong.Okay let's all play this stupid game, 20p next.DD

QWhy are you fixated with Ashley?, please don't tell me you bought in here on the back of his punt!.He did get it wrong, what part of a £50m loss would you constitute getting it right!.So you have nothing else to add? - tbh didn't think that you would be able to debate the numbers or defend your 40p, you only post up what others say and think, one quick way to lose your money IMO.DDps Don't contradict yourself and do your own research.

QSo easy to repeat, cut and paste...........but what do you think about your investment?.What article did you cut and paste that from?. Please post up the link.Read you like a book, clueless.Fund what growth with what profits?, covenants more likely to be breached than not. No chance with 18 year leases of a decent CVA.£13.5m reported profit on £1.65bn turnover.......jeez if that doesn't say it all really.Oh, just to amuse you about 40p being the next resistance......once again you are living in cloud cuckoo land:First pivot point resistance is 24.6950% fib retracement from 13 week high is 25.214 day RSI at 70% is 27.739.99p is way way down the list of resistance points, it's actually at the 38.2% retracement from the 52 week high, with 11 or so more to break before it gets there. As D says, think you not only need to do more research but also think you need to stop pretending you know what you are on about by posting up articles from journo's who also know jack.DDps Fat Mike has got it wrong with his DEB punt, that's fact, unless you think a £50m loss is getting it right.
