IJ,

dont count on a profit this year. But, if a year or two ago these companys were worth 55m maybe DTC is now in the 60m class? As always with companys its a matter of convincing people of that fact. So, thats a 6 bagger for us.

Good day: A loss making company buys up two profit making ones, that look useful acquisitions that seem to fit in with the Iambic Entertainment area, so anything that dilutes CH's sphere of operation is OK, with more power apparently to DE's elbow.

Any links with CH, or any commission to be paid to CH, or any private companies sete up to take advantage of it to get that little bit more, or to sell off later back to DTC...sorry but thrice bitten very shy...

Anything that pushes DTC though must be good news.

The only downside though is yet again we may see the results suggesting that incorporation costs, database costs, acquisitions costs....if only we hadn't of had them we would have made a profit.

China,

Yes you get a certain % each year. Those at the AGM would have to vote to agree feasible.

He hasn't wasted his time in using them!

I hope he isn't so frivolous with his own money!

I am busy but will look this up later on.... What I remember of the AGM is that it was on the corner of Bear Alley and Farringdon Street.

I'm not sure of the total number of shares that DTC are allowed to issue. This would have been mentioned at the AGM. Anybody?

China,

There is no dilution. Those shares are part of the total amount alloted to DTC each calender year.

CH did the same thing last year.

So what's the price been offered for the 473,750,000 new shares?

We seem to be missing that bit, or am I getting confused with this latest dilution!

China.

What I noticed is the line:

"...........The acquisitions are expected to be earnings enhancing in their first full year of consolidation........"

Hope it goes well as though I reduced have still got a lot, but

The three directors of Box TV have signed new
service agreements whereby they have agreed to work for Box TV for a minimum of
three years, and their Ordinary Shares cannot be traded for two years

As with Box TV,NBD's directors have signed new service contracts whereby they have agreed to work for NBD for a minimum of three years, and their shares cannot be traded for two years.
