05/12/2005 10:06 | nothing I saw about DTC in the press this weekend. Other speculation about content and TV stuff, maybe the whole sector is moving up due to Virgin and NTL tie up and others trying to get in on the act. Anyway, may it continue to 2p? John | johnmp

02/12/2005 06:35 | Jabber, I wasn't IJ the last time I checked! I have it on good authority that CH wanted a % cut from the MJ profits so held out for a better price - that price he did not get. When MJ was cleared of all charges he was still regarded as hot property, so why didn't CH use that to his advantage? Now, MJ is not so hot and is no longer highly sought after. CH made a mistake re MH and continues to do so in other areas. I continue to have a holding in this share but I'm afraid I am not as confident as I was when I first came here, and that is down to CH. As Statto10 mentioned a few days ago and at the same time got scalded for doing so, why wasn't there a mention of ABBA etc? This obviously wasn't your Joe Bloggs AGM statement, CH wanted to include a trading statement in there, so why didn't just issue a full blown one and mention all areas? Again, a case of smoke 'n' mirrors by CH's part. I hope I have answered your concerns Jabber. | davidcod
01/12/2005 20:05 | David - yes, that was the bit I didn't get? Are you serious. You are not IJ are you? I say that only because IJ has previously raised similar thoughts - though I'm not aware of him or anyone saying that sort of comment re the MJ doc. Greedy for the company is alright - if it pans out. If you are suggesting what you appear to be then I don't get you. You have set up and run these threads for a long time, and I thought you had lots of friends who were all into DTC, but I've noticed you get quieter and quieter on here and at the same time the thread has calmed down. I like it quiet (but only because I thought it might suggest the price had finally hit the floor), though I like to hear some negativity from those who are not just blatantly deramping. If you are saying what you appear to be saying are you saying it out of spite, or have you got something to base it upon. | jabberstocky
