I think those options will now be put on the LSE price.

Seems iantc is going bonkers again...peace and calm....continue trashing the thread son. Must be 50% rise coming in DNK then tomorrow...so far this thread has been trashed twice, and afterwards the price has risen substantially.

As predicted the LSE price has started taking the lead now after the ADR's were de-listed on NASDAQ. The price rose here first by 35% and those gains are now showing on the shares on the OTC board.

Point taken.
But two of the above directors Chris Harned and Josephh Parzick also are directors of Cypress Group who own 28% of the shares in the company.
The Cypress Group are the company who the majority of the debt is owed to.
I cannot see them wanting to see Danka going into receivership.

This stock is 3-5p...they all hold buttons in the company !

If Danka was the bargain of the century they could all spend a fraction
of their wages and at least treble their holdings !

The biggest holding is 217k or say £8k, i wonder what his salary is though ?

Thanks. JEFF seem to have disappeared again and don't have a quote on the offer price - they just don't have any stock to sell imo at these levels.

Cannot seem to get it to format, but the first figure is shares held in 2007 and second is shares held in 2006, an big increase for all directors.

Interesting.
If you look at the accounts and compare directors beneficial interests in the share capital from 2006 to 2007.
All the directors in Danka have substantially increased their share holding in DNK since A. D. Frazier took over.

EVO on the 3.80p bid...JEFF on 4.40p offer. WINS and KBC with 4.50p offer and EVO on 4.80p with the offer. Nothing on the order book at the mo.
