thats the problem you dont know. And now you are making up silly scenarios to explain away a recent drop WITHOUT looking at the bigger picture. Typical amateur example of a naive share trader who really hasnt a clue about fundamental stock analysis.

Look at the bigger picture.. Danka has dropped perpetually for nigh on 3 years. If you dont know why, then you shouldnt make up silly conjured up excuses to explain away the recent drop, like your ramping friend Chancer is doing.

10K appeared at 3.65, 3.70, and 3.75 pence. Jeff are still 3.85p on the offer and that it will cost to buy even though screen offer is 3.65p.

That is irrevelant Jun - for goodness sake....the only thing that needs looking at is the ADR's and when they get de-lsited.

I think you should sell and take your profit and move on.

from bullbritish website, it showed 'sell-if' last night. but not the so is higher than its open price. so i think the trend is up.

Nothing's come on PLUS since that 100K buy at 4.03 pence . 5k At 3.90p, 30K at 4.10p, 40K at 4.20p, and 50K at 4.30p are still on the order book.

Just JEFF again like yesterday pouncing around with the offer price...now at 3.85p and still not getting any sellers like yesterday. EVO are ready with 4.30p and KBC and WINS with 4.50p on the offer.

you are really deluding yourelf if you think the drop from 10p was caused by the delisting announcement. Danka has been dropping relentlessly way before then. The share was dropping whilst the ADR rns was announced. So drop after the ADR news announcement was just continuation of the past.




The adr delisting news is besides the point. Danka has been consistently been dropping. adr delisting, or no delisting.. it was dropping all the time and was going to drop to its current price irrespective of the ADR delisting news.

Finally...exactly so the price should recover back to the 7-8 pence levels minimum once the ADR's are gone on Monday. Those 500K and 475K buys are not to be ignored IMO but each to their own. The price only dropped from 7p because people were selling off the ADR's before the de-listing happens and the price had to be correlated to that of the ADR's. Not anymore now.

And about the de-listing and the share price of DNK, when the first news of the de-listing out on 03/09/07, the share price was 10.25 which chancer said share price dropped from here if i am correct.

on 06/11/07, another bad news of interim results was out, the share price was 6.55p. The interim results showed that the revenues fell 8.5 pct but "the company maintained positive operating earnings. We also began to derive the expected benefits from the recently completed financial restructuring and related cost-reduction measures."

on 19/11/07, a good news was out that dnk signed an agreement with Konica Minolta Business Solutions. the share price was 7.10p.

on 28/11/07, the delisting has confirmed by dnk and i think it will be effective next mondy. the share price was 4.95 on this date and kept dropping from here to 2.50p which is the lowest point in a whole year.

Taday, the share price so far is 3.90p.

well, I hope you can decide if you should buy or sell (if holding) by this clues.

My personal viewing that this stock is like erg. very risky and with a lot of rumors from different people. But I believe it does have a bounce. I bought in at a relative low position, so I am still holding. I hope i can have a bounce like erg did yesterday.

And chancer siad erg is more risky than dnk on Fundamentals yesterday and I think that is true. look at erg, it was dropping back to 4 this morning, but dnk is holding here not dropped back to 3.

Spectrum_7, chancer, can we stop debating here? The reason why we bought this shares is we want to see a bounce to 5-6p in a week time. We dont want to hold it and see it back to more than 10. For those bought and hold now from 2, 3, and 4, if the share price go to 5-6, they can get some profit.

Spectrum_7, can you give us the link pls and stop post anything you think but no proof.

END of November that was announced. What price was it as at end of November.

Yet the price has been dropping way way before then and from way way higher prices.

So trying to explain away the drop simply on ADR delisting is just stupid.

As for ADF... Danka has changed various management nearly 4 times in the past 5 years. None of them have improved the situation, each one produced great sound bites. Each of them delivered negative shareholder value.

FIGURES dont lie. Look at the financial statements... those dont lie. Management can spin a good story, as they have been doing for the past 6 years.
