chancer, you do the research. The delisting was only announced recently. The share price has been dropping since Oct 06 and before.

There is a fundamental reason why its dropping, its got very little to do with the ADRs being delisted.. that was only announced recently.

that article is outdated : August 2007

anything can happen in 4 months. Look at the share price since then.

I aint forcing you to believe what's been posted by the danka bod. But the reality is Danka is over burdened with debt. Look at the balance sheet, its knackered. The stuff posted by that Danka employees is backed up by facts, that is the enormous debt Danka are carrying.

an employee of Danka has posted on one of the US bulletin boards that danka is in deep trouble and is teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. Creditors are on the verge of calling in their loans. He says it looks very likely creditors will install administrators. Not a very happy christmas for Danka employees.

Buying this share now is just gambling on a massive scale. It could get suspended any time pending clarification of its financial position.
