07/2/2008 13:29 | I can buy stock for 3.79p chancer, not a lot but not "zilch" as your misleading post suggests ! Does anybody actually follow chancer and trust his/her posts ? | 8trader
07/2/2008 13:24 | Interesting that they delayed reporting a 50K buy at 3.80p which has just popped through...still can buy zilch at 3.80p and 4p for 25,000 shares + higher for more. MMs still in same position. | chancer6
07/2/2008 10:17 | Common dell314...more hardcore deramping reqd...50K buyer on the order book is back! | chancer6
07/2/2008 09:58 | Chancer - why do you post such rubbish? You obviously know you can buy below 3.8p as you will have tested online limits. Anyway, for a laugh, I've just keyed in the same quantity as that plus trade earlier and I can buy online below 3.8p, so whoever paid 4p was ripped off, IMHO. Rgds dell P.S. Anyone who thinks posting details of a £1k trade on plus is more worthy of discussion than AD.Frazier's clear indication that he has a target of restructuring debt by EOY is a bit of a plum, IMHO.... | dell314
07/2/2008 09:45 | Well they won't let you buy at 3.80p. | chancer6
07/2/2008 09:25 | when and if a Debt/Equity takes place, I'll buy back in. | panagos
07/2/2008 08:52 | Small buy had to pay a premium on PLUS at 4p: just JEFF on 3.80p and others on 4.15p, 4.25p and 4.75p but seems can't buy. 07/02/2008 08:23:02 4.00 24,253 O 970.12 | chancer6
07/2/2008 07:42 | Chancer - Surely you have something to say about this part of the conference call that suggests some kind of capital restructure is on the agenda. Bob Evans: Okay, okay. And final question in the past you've had a target of trying to get the (unintelligible) resolve by the end of the fiscal year which is March. Is that still a, you know, a potential target or realistic target? A.D. Frazier: It's still a target. The I think both we and Cypress would look forward to some appropriate solution or settlement or (unintelligible) arrangement. These guys have put their money in this company for a long period of time and have never been paid in cash anything back. The amount of money that is in preferred stock is a significant sum. So when you're dealing with sums like that and the people of high integrity like these guys at Cypress have been we want to try to do the right thing by them as we would by everybody. So it we continue to work on strategic alternatives and ideas and we'll continue to do so. I just sent that number out there saying that we'd like to do it by the end of this fiscal year. And we're going to try to do it. But if we don't it'll be because they're other ideas that are better. What kind of strategic alternatives are they considering? Is this a warning to prepare for a debt for equity swap? Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. P.S. Chancer - Your bitter twisted posts suggest you are very worried by the above issue. | dell314
06/2/2008 23:26 | Cant really get past a value of 0.5p for this stock, how can anybody buy this above 4p with fundamentals as poor as this. * Net interest expense was $46.5 million, including costs related to the early extinguishment of debt of $9.7 million, a tax benefit was recorded of $3.0 million, and loss from discontinued operations was $2.1 million. These resulted in a net loss of $42.5 million as compared to a net loss of $34.5 million in the prior year. | 8trader
06/2/2008 22:08 | I'd say the key issue was the following: Bob Evans: Okay, okay. And we're going to try to do it. But if we don't it'll be because they're other ideas that are better. That part of the conference call suggests they are going to try and resolve the "participating shares" debt issue in the near(ish) future. Is this a warning to prepare for a debt for equity swap? Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314
06/2/2008 21:53 | Does your T10 run out tomorrow then, very big ramp tonight missing out all the real facts about the desperate plight this company is in ! | 8trader
06/2/2008 21:51 | So you dont mention the sales then chancer ? | 8trader
06/2/2008 21:50 | This was just last week: 'We just had a nationwide call blitz this past week and I won't say how many appointments we generated but it was over 1,000'. | chancer6
06/2/2008 21:22 | Closed up 4.35% on the OTC Exchange though actual gains were a little higher as the bid price closed at 0.24 cents from 0.23 cents and the offer price closed at 0.28 cents from 0.25 cents. Couple of decent 20K buys at 0.28 cents - equates to 80,000 shares here. The way Level 2 closed further suggests that the market makers are ready to take the price higher any day now. A big re-rating imo. $ 0.24 0.01 (+4.35%) Volume: 63.91 k 0.24 13312 OBB 12:27:08 0.28 20000 OBB 12:26:36 0.24 5000 OBB 12:16:04 0.28 20000 OBB 12:15:00 0.28 198 OBB 12:08:57 0.28 5000 OBB 11:54:08 0.29 400 OBB 09:43:24 | chancer6
06/2/2008 20:02 | How about some real facts ? * Net interest expense was $46.5 million, including costs related to the early extinguishment of debt of $9.7 million, a tax benefit was recorded of $3.0 million, and loss from discontinued operations was $2.1 million. 06/2/2008 20:00 | More Agreements in the last few weeks: Before concluding I want to acknowledge a couple of recently completed customer wins. The first is a multimillion dollar deal which involved a sale to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. And the second also a multiple million dollar deal has significantly expanded our relationship with Pitney Bowes management service. What I want you to remember however goes beyond the size and scope of the individual contracts. Rather it is the desire and dedication of the Danka sales teams supported by all those others in the Danka organization to build the kinds of valued customer relationships that are now critical to success in this industry. | chancer6
06/2/2008 19:58 | Do you think anybody is going to read all that chancer ? It's just beyond belief what you do on a weekly basis just to pump and dump a stock for a few bob. | 8trader |
