having said that, latest figures from the US are very bullish indeed so buying may gain a new momentum :

dow jones news wire :

FTSE continues gains as the double
whammy of better than expected Chicago
PMI and durable goods boosts Wall St.
"The Chicago PMI number is the big
one. It was expected to contract less
but certainly wasn't expected to
expand. New orders look good as well,"
trader says.
Adds durable goods also solid
excluding autos, though not as interes-
ting as data lags by extra month. "PMI
is the last bit of meaningful data of
the week so anyone looking to do any
business before Thanksgiving will be
doing it now this figure is out of the
way. I expect a lot of activity in the
next half hour or so," trader says.

can you tell you what you know of Mr. Todd Mavis, he currently holds the position of senior Vice President for Danka. I was told his last position was for a company in California nonrelated to Danka's business. Have very little information on him, it appears that he is the next CEO. Which is likely to happen in my opinion sometime before April 2003.Thank You

EK,
You forgot to mention the pullback from $2.70 to $2.14; from $3.55 to $3.25 and from $4.10 to $3.90. Yesterday hit $3.73 & now hit $3.70. Would you call it pullback?

It was still pretty bearish until breaking through $3 with confirmation. Now, uptrend but still pretty overbought and resistance at $4.

It may break through $5 eventually but no fundamentals to support, IMHO. No points to buy at over $5 for long investment until Danka improve its fundamentals.

Oak, I won't subscribe any motive to your posts - but they are senseless - as in "they make no sense." "Snake and ladder" - give me a break.

"That is why I prefer to trade" - well, your trading lately has, to be blunt, stunk, and you missed well over a dollar opportunity since earnings cause whatever method you used showed no higher than 2.70, etc. -- and according to you, there is no way we could have moved over 4, let alone held on to that level very nicely.

Why don't you just admit it and quit messing with guys like Lawrence who may actually be looking for some guidance -- you don't have a fricking clue what is moving this stock or why the volume has increased dramatically; if you were right, then share should be around 2 at most. Since you've moved your bid up to 3.50, it's obvious you don't even believe your own BS. I'll say that one more time - if you believe earnings will control price, and earnings will be .20cents, then the price should be around 2, not 4, and yet your bid is 3.50 - which means your willing to pay more than 1.50 over your interpretation for fair value. Man, if your gonna bs, at least be good at it.
