09/7/2002 18:20 | EK Diluted by what ?? There was only £11.2M of Convertible subordinated loan notes on the BS at 31/3/02 v's £140M 31/3/01. Did they not renegotiate all this and get rid of it? Nothing else shows up on the BS, and if it is the remaining Convertible loan notes then a dilution of >200% of existing shares and options is quite astounding. The Co may have 42M shares to issue to employees (post 6146 by MIATA), but they are not going to issue all at once and again does not account for difference of 550M shares. | solis
09/7/2002 18:02 | solis thats what good about the beeson report. they havent take a very conservative approach. I believe the 4.5p estimate is also derived that way - fully dilutive. | easykill
09/7/2002 17:58 | Oaks, You project eps at 4.5p. Presumably this comes from Beeson Gregory analysis. Do you know how they come to this figure when their projected PBT is £36.1, assuming there is no tax, and shares in issue at end March 2002 were 254M. To get to 4.5p there would have to be 800M in issue ????????????????? | solis
09/7/2002 17:28 | Projected EPS is 4.5p, 0.5p difference is a lot. PE ratio of 10 is fair at current sentiment, even if must fall to 8 will still be in tolerance and could invite bargain hunters. At the moment IKN price is at around PE ratio of 8. Look, Autonomy is at around £2, down from previous support of £4. Market sentiment is bad. Until I hear a bad news on Danka, I will be still optimistic about turnaround target. | oaklandsway
09/7/2002 17:23 | And it’s all because we are living amongst some thieves, less than human, American crocks business man. Mr Bush is a super thieves himself, rubbing American’s pensioners while he was involved in the oil and energy corporations doing the same things as Enron and Rxr bosses! | ![]() 357aman
09/7/2002 17:20 | Oaky you have lost all cred mate...... | ![]() forfaiter
09/7/2002 17:19 | The 200d ma at 2.33(38p) should hold unless there is bad news in the pipeline. Projected EPS of 4p and a PE ratio of 10 gives a share price of 40p about right in this market for a company with no growth..... I will come back and have a look at the results to see if it is worth bothering with again....... | ![]() forfaiter
09/7/2002 17:16 | Who said it was cheap at 86p? What a twist! I let you to bash, please in Yahoo because I put lower bid now. Like my donkey, you will obey me. | oaklandsway
09/7/2002 17:07 | Why should DNK go to 32-35p level? I can't see panic selling yet. IMO, shorters tried to kill traders putting stop-loss under $3 then this morning under $2.5. Please read my posting with title "Final Capitulation", I did not want to explain in detail because ... | oaklandsway
09/7/2002 17:01 | Of course he does the funnymentals said it was cheap at 86p...LOL | ![]() forfaiter
09/7/2002 16:58 | oaks thanks, but in your opinion do you see any significant support in the uk prior the 32-35p level? | ![]() panagos

09/7/2002 16:54 | blackbear well done. I applaud your conduct on here. you provide your arguements and justifications why you thought it was worth a short. you made money and all credit to you. Unlike some others on here, you dont gloat or "LOL" at other people's misfortunes. | easykill
09/7/2002 16:54 | panagos, hard to trade in UK since the price declined from 60.25p but in US you can use limited bid. Funny Fans, as I said many times to you, you wait until the lowest & keep bashing before buying, I will keep making money. But with LGD what can we do. Oh dear, where is the life on LGD. | oaklandsway
09/7/2002 16:52 | Well done Blackbear, you called it correctly and made a decent profit. I give you respect for conducting yourself in a dignified and sincere way. Good luck to you, unlike some others on this board..... | ![]() coscos
09/7/2002 16:47 | LOL.....How much are you and your merry band of rampers down now oakyhead ?....amateur. | ![]() forfaiter
09/7/2002 16:47 | closed my DNK short today after a big drop but the risk reward from here isnt there for me ,and it has support at the feb march level , 40p area so could bounce a bit. i bid you good day and dont bet your shirt on it guys ,this is one risky investment. good luck. blackbear. . | ![]() blackbear
09/7/2002 16:41 | BTW, last trade mine....NOT A SELL. | ![]() coscos
09/7/2002 16:40 | oaklandsway, at what price would you recommend a top up? | ![]() panagos
09/7/2002 16:36 | Funny Fans, why stop bashing? Danky is a life not like your LGD. I can still trade Danky nicely, the louder you bash the better my profit but on LGD you can't make money either ways by ramping or de-ramping because no life on LGD. | oaklandsway
09/7/2002 16:23 | for wot its worth bought 750 shares. (big spender~) | abslatif

09/7/2002 16:20 | $1.5465 = £1. in theory these should be at 41/42p at the mo | ![]() blockbuy
