i read a piece recently, but unfortunately can't rememeber where, about mms specifically NITE.

in the article, it was stated that WINS control most of the market, usually offering the best prices, and they dictate the way certain shares move, mms like NITE follow, but rarely lead.

now, i'm not saying that wins control DNKs price, but watch as NITE just follows the leading mms...

I would like to know a) Where's Guru come from?
B) What's he on? and
C) Where do you get it from?

Think we may open lower in US I have ask and bid @$3.50 but then it looks like there are lots of buys to come through on the Thomson site early on and should bring price back up and us alongside?? anyone else ??

edit : I also think it is bizarre that we could have approx. 452,000 buys against 161,000 sells and just be up by 1.75 - mms on the same thing as Guru??

blockbuy,tell that to mm NITE who turned red @ 13.30 p.m & moved back down to 58p/61p again .L2 showing 2mms on bid/offer of 58.5p/61p.

Jimmy28 hope your post 3544 comes to pas vis-vis :-UK price will rise just before US open to be at parity

mms turning positive . 3mms turned blue. 3mms on bid 58.5p 1mm on offer 61p.All eyes on what happens in the US after open.

taken from americanbulls.com and more than surprised that their system still advising "wait" in view of strong bounce from $3 back up to $3.60

Closed in US $3.60/$3.62. So there we have it,just as i thought short closing at $3 with no chance for UK investors to buy that low.A win win for US investors or for anyone with a dollar account.Mark up in the morning.

Hey who cares? Price volatility creates a great trading stock.
Just don't be on the wrong end of it! Merrill's stating yesterday
to sell all techs is a sign that the final curtain is coming down
on this bear market. Merrills created the tech boom with their
inflated fees for IPO's and subsequent conflict of interest
of recommending stocks to their clients, whilst secretly advocating
the opposite. This to me is an indication of their acceptance
of possible malpractice - and an endeavour to wipe the slate clean.
Merrill's reputation has been tarnished with the Enron debacle
and secret emails, this is a case of trying to salvage some
credibility. Seems to me it is shutting the stable door after
the horse has bolted.

Beware Thursday though as Smoke implied, we can't be sure the shorters have gone for good! I think they may be lurking and we'll probably hear back from the likes of ff oh no!! lol... think that may have been his buy @7.55 he he!!

I feel that this could quite easily go two ways in the US - with profit takers after yesterdays run up. However we are expecting a positive CC from DNK on Thurs so maybe more buyers until then, with people also holding until Thurs imo it may continue upwards !
