09/5/2002 15:32 | yes you did post it. just seems a bit slow today | bigpat
09/5/2002 15:11 | bigpat IMHO they are awaiting, if not results, then some indicator on date. Someone across the pond has been speculating that it could be 14/15 or 16 May. I phoned Danka a few weeks ago and spoke to a Mr. P in finance. The best I could get out of him was 'towards the end of the month'. From memory, I think I posted this info on this thread. It has been suggested that DANKY/DNK could delay their results by a week or two in order to ensure due proberty when presenting their figures. However , I must add, this is all rather thin and some pure conjecture. | serious punter

09/5/2002 14:42 | This is the slowest start I,ve ever seen with Danky, bit of a surprise with only a few days to go to results | pistonbroke1
09/5/2002 14:17 | piston I get your point. I was talking in general terms. Believe me I know. I actively trade Nasdaq stock, especially ADRs - have done for the past 10 years. For example, much of the time there is a relative large difference in VOD adr's and the UK stock. Where ADRs do correlate its more to do with investors bidding or selling it to match the prices (self fulfilling if you see what I mean). When it comes to danky however, specifically speaking it may well hold true. | easykill
09/5/2002 14:07 | Easykill - I have to disagree, if you look back over the past months the U.K has always followed the price in the states if not immediately it certainly adjust within an hour unless the mm's are trying to get stock via tree shaking etc. It may not be compulsory but with Danka/Danky they are as one as far as price is concerned. | pistonbroke1
09/5/2002 13:45 | nasdaq looking to open weaker ? | easykill
