Some nice buying this morning at up to 140p and the online Bid is up to 135p for decent quantity.

eagle eye - I know the latest TU suggested results would be w/c 25th June but where did you get 26th from please?

Most growth companies are on racy ratings, but this one has been left behind.

Looks like we still have our seller @ 130p

Hopefully they will soon be exhausted and 130p proves to be a base from which to build in the lead up to results

Very tempted to add @ 130p but can't even sell 10 shares online which is making me hold off. Last time I was in this situation (ARC 2 months ago) a few big buys came in and the shares went up 30% in a matter of weeks. Hmmmm

Apparently 49 percent are not prepared for it. But some sites I have been to seem to be making a total mockery of it. Giving you about 50 boxes to untick. Most people will just give up. Might make work for these though.

There was a 50k sell reported after hours yesterday which might explain why the buying didn't result in a higher SP, so looks like we might have a seller to clear.

I think management clearly showed after the last results that they believe at these sorts of levels the price undervalues the company. So if that continues they may try to initiate some form of buy-out possibly with PE backing.

The company does tend to have revenues which can be easily skewed by the timing of project work and this seems to be making the share price extremely volatile at times.

So at some stage they may decide that an AIM listing is not worthwhile. Hopefully not, as I think this seems to be a company with a good future if people have the patience to wait.

Caterham, in big liquid companies the number of shares bought and sold tend to match very closely. However, in small companies, it also depends on how much stock the market makers are currently holding. Sometimes, market makers play games to acquire stock if they are short. For example, they might try to mark the share price down for a short period to see if they can activate some stop losses.

The behaviour of the share price is strange. For example, a lot more shares were bought today than sold and the share price still went down.

I thought eps were ahead of expectations so would that be about 12. For a company growing revenue and profits at over 20% a pe of 11 or 12 seems much to low.

eps of 11p, it's now on a p/e of just 12.

What I'm concerned about is a cheap takeover bid if the share price stays around this level. I think the prospective pe ratio for 2018/19 could even be in single figures.

Absolutely no idea. No news and it gets constantly marked down. PE in the low teens.
