Another so called dog and pony show coming up this month. I suppose you'll be there to make your feelings known.

I believe the shares for salary still exists. I would prefer directors rewarded on tangible results like revenue/income/share price but if that was the case then they might all starve ;-) It will be interesting to see what enthusiasm there is for the shares for salary when this next takes a dive back to all time low of around 0.12p. Currently sitting just over 2/10th of 1p. This is a quality stock.

Does the shares for salary arrangement continue? Strikes me coming off it would be a negative indicator as would any director sales.

0.00185%! The hard numbers sound better....

Once upon a time here way before our illustrious leader arrived to clear the decks, a few million shares was considered a fair holding. Now it's so much confetti.

What price will the directors sell their shares at as they are effectively working a 12 month period for nothing unless they sell eventually? There's none sold yet, nor from their placing in 2016 nor from their purchases in 2015 also.

You are not wrong IMO. The share price driven to all time lows, relentless share dilution, sales revenue and ongoing operating losses are real. Hardly the performance befitting a world leader.

They fail. It's what they have done for years. I see no reason this will change unless they bring in the talent to lead this to success.

The long term chart only tells part of the story here as the share price must be factored with the total shares in issue at the time.

The whole assembled picture has a narrative of destruction of investor value on a heroic scale.

I sincerely hope someone at CYAN reads this. As one of the most stalwart supporters of the company my patience and faith Has me wearing the emperors new clothes!

Am I wrong?

15,790,791,254 and Still going for the world record for shares in issue, and paying an ongoing bonus for loss making performance.

Who would not like a job on the sales team there, clearly no pressure or sales targets, despite world leading tech.

LT shareholders are being diluted out of existence

Thank you. It's hard to stay away from this success story. This is like Cisco in the making.

I will come back end of January 2017 after nothing has happened here.

This board has been so quiet for weeks. How so? Cyan not trail blazing ahead? Share price not rocketing ... Yet ... Again? World leading company not back logged with massive orders?

For 2017 I predict another year of stellar performance by the top drawer Cyan team.

Dog and pony shows. Bring it on.
BRR Media presentations. Lights, camera, action.
Sales. Show me the money.
Shares. Lets print more. That can cover the costs of ongoing operating losses.
Awards. Hellooooo the trophy cabinet is full.
Partnerships. To die for.
Global Status. World leader of course.
Share price. In the ......

Hi dwall,

I was looking up the 50 and 200 moving day averages and in our case with CYAN there seems to be a overlap / crossing (as opposed to a clear crossing) - which as you are probably aware is referred to as a "golden cross". This often heralds a change in sentiment and a breakout shortly after is not uncommon. I don't claim to have any charting expertise, but sometimes choose to "believe" when it suits :)

Having said that I tend to average up if a stock hits a new share price backed with good volumes - IMHO this is a pretty reliable trend indicator and has served me well over the years. My most recent top up was in IDEA a few days ago on this basis.

I am a relative newbie in CYAN from April 2016, so my patience is not frayed and given I have an investment horizon of atleast 3-5 years. If it comes good before that I would be delighted, but I am unlikely to give up earlier unless there is some material deterioration in prospects.

I have been loading up on CYAN...fortuna audaces juvat :) Good luck with your investing !

Thanks multi

Agreed re the pennant forming and the continued uptrend, coming off the floor from feb/march this year,

I would like to know more about the golden cross though!?

Surely if .23/.24 is now reached its a very good sign of a forthcoming proper breakout?

I think some may have given up their trading shares in the last week as they believe all JC has to offer before year end were the 2 announcements made last week so they cut out and it appears these were taken up by some large buying as you state which are likely more long term holders?

Any flippers from the last placing likely now have gone so any buying pressure with no sellers around for a while should obviously help this forthcoming uptrend.

Of course if all he does have to offer were last weeks announcements then we could see it go the other way for a while!

Hi dwall,

I agree with your observation regarding the possibility of a breakout given the chart on the basis of sideways movement with a tightening pennant. It appears that we may also have a subtle 50/200 day golden cross. Also some larger size trades going through recently and the "promise" of contracts before Christmas if JC is true to his word. Whatever it is, we'll won't have too long to find out I hope :)

Good luck all !

Surely after todays tick up this graph is looking tasty for a breakout to the upside again now?

Is there any chartists looking in that could give an accurate opinion please?
